To support the Practice Based Clinical Pharmacist to provide medication reviews, patient information leaflets, medicine awareness; and to undertake community visits as appropriate. To take a proactive approach to the safe handling of prescriptions, including assessment of risk and making recommendations for improvement. To respond to medication queries from patients and staff in a professional manner referring to the appropriate GP in accordance with practice protocols. To advise on the sourcing and safe management of medicines as appropriate. To assist in the submission of claims for personally administered drugs as required.

We are seeking to appoint a Site Technician to join our friendly team at Ivy House! The role is to provide routine cleaning and/or caretaking tasks to support the effective operation of the school. Some of these duties will include: • Unlock and secure premises at agreed times and maintain the key(s) in their possession for emergency call-out. • Check that the heating and lighting systems are operating satisfactorily and checking their efficiency with regard to energy conservation. • Dispose of such waste materials arising from the use of the premises as are not covered by alternative arrangements. • Replace such consumables on the premises in appropriate locations as are not covered by alternative arrangements, e.g. toilet rolls, soap, towels, etc. • Clean designated areas not covered by alternative arrangements, e.g. outside areas, car parks, drains, boiler house, stores etc. This may include cleaning up after contractors during school closure periods.
