Responsibilities:

• Oversee organization’s office services, facility services & facility improvement initiatives
• Supervise & motivate office, facility and outsource in-house facility service teams to ensure daily office, facility and building operations are carried out seamlessly
• Formulate substantiable administrative and facility management strategies, policies and procedures to devise ways in streamlining work processes and reduce cost
• Manage change management and rollout facility optimization initiatives in the office layout and building facility
• Manage premises-based property protection insurance programmes and project bidding insurance programmes

• Plan and implement premises-wide facility maintenance programmes and improvement projects
• Implement corporate facility management improvement programmes in all country offices

Requirements:

• Degree in Facilities Management/Business Administration
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in facility management, office administration, or a related field
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred, demonstrating leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of facility management best practices and regulations
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Ability to implement change and manage projects effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical Support services including: Data Centre operations, equipment maintenance and service provisioning
• Manage multiple concurrent interdisciplinary projects and ability to work in a team
• Lead, manage/support and deliver the Data Center related initiatives with coordination with both external and internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to design/define and develop the SOP for Data Center services and in-house machine rooms
• Asset and Inventory management within Data Center and in-house machine rooms
• Support Data Centre/Machine rooms related audit duties, record validation and housekeeping work

Job Description

You will be part of a global Asset Management CoE (Center of Excellence) team to:

• Design and implement Asset Operations Management (AOM) systems to deliver diagnostic, prognostic, and predictive insights for a variety of industrial assets, including rotating, static, and electrical equipment.
• Engage in data analysis and reliability-centered maintenance studies, applying mechanical, mathematical, and statistical analyses to synthesize IT and OT data into predictive maintenance models for our clients.
• Employ a range of predictive technologies such as vibration analysis, ultrasound analysis, motor circuit analysis, oil analysis, and infrared thermography. The objective is to pre-empt asset failure and unplanned outages, enhance maintenance strategies, reduce risks and operational costs, and prolong the lifespan of assets.
• Lead Digital Asset Management Maturity Assessments (DAMMA) sessions with clients. Collaborate with AOM Solution Architects and Data Scientists to craft AOM solutions that leverage Industry 4.0 technologies like IIoT, AI/ML, and digital twins to drive value.
• Develop and define key metrics and KPIs for asset condition, health, and performance monitoring.
