The main working hours for this role will be between 7:30am - 16:00. The role is a temporary ongoing role, with a view to go permanent.

• You will be a part of a team carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
• You will carry out any Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork in a timely matter.
• You will oversee any visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety.
• You will carry out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• You will be undertake any other reasonable duties required.

What we are looking for:

• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and on own initiative, yet follow instruction and rules as required.
