The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Senior Air Reserve Technician (ART) Officer with overall supervision and management of either an Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, a Maintenance Squadron, an Equipment Maintenance Squadron or a Component Maintenance Squadron at an Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) unit-equipped or associate unit.

RESPONISIBILITIES:
1. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the squadron. Manages assigned maintenance resources and ensures production meets operational requirements and technical standards. Recommends procedural and technical improvements and modifications.
2. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities to include personnel and position management, equal opportunity, security, and safety. Advises employees regarding policies, procedures and directives of management. Maintains sound positions management practice when determining types and numbers of positions to support the organizational mission.
3. Represents organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Meets with key customers and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and resolves significant problems that arise.

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) to serve as the Maintenance Operations Superintendent providing staff support to unit maintenance activities including but not limited to contingency/war/mobility planning; budgeting; maintenance planning and scheduling, productivity data analysis, and training, maintenance operations center, maintenance supply support; manpower; support agreements; and other. Plans, organizes, coordinates, and directs full-time activities of the Maintenance Operations and advises the Maintenance Group (MXG) Senior ART concerning assigned programs.

Duties:

1. Manages, develops, and directs key programs and activities for Maintenance Operations and the Maintenance Group (MXG).
2. Directs the accomplishment of a variety of special projects/studies for the wing/group.
3. Provides technical and administrative supervision over a work force of civilian and ARTs.
4. Represents Maintenance Operations at conferences, working groups, management reviews as well as with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
5. Plans for and supports preparations to provide aircraft maintenance and logistics personnel, equipment, supplies and expendables to sustain both wartime and peacetime operations.
6. Advises the Maintenance Group senior ART/Commander on maintenance support matters.

• Provides complex operational weather support to Air Force, Army, Reserve, Guard, and other DoD/government/civilian users.
• Identifies, evaluates, and monitors significant weather developments, especially as they present potential impacts on critical flight operations.
• Provides technical guidance and instructions to lower graded technical employees, or airmen.
• Provides weather briefings for local, transient, and other supported aircrews in person, by telephone, or by other means.
• Observes, encodes, records, disseminates, and evaluates weather observations.

Duties:

3. Assists Chief, Education and Training with requesting and processing Formal School request.
4. Responsible for overall management OJT program for the wing.

Receives, reviews, and processes all types of travel and transportation accounting documents (e.g., individual, purchase orders for group travel, moving of household goods, etc.).
2. Maintains, controls, and reconciles accounting transactions and records for multiple accounts. Reviews and maintains complex accounting transactions (e.g., reconciling accounts in accounting system involving extensive subdivision of accounts, frequent and varied adjustments to accounts, or extensive balancing and reconciling of detailed summary accounts).
3. Analyzes and examines accounting data and accounts to resolve nonstandard transactions, complaints, or discrepancies. Utilizes extensive knowledge of accounting procedures and techniques to verify specialized ledger(s) and automated system(s) of accounting data.
4. Prepares reports and performs other miscellaneous technical tasks in support of accounting function(s). Prepares monthly reports, correspondence, and follow-up on flagged documents (e.g., inactive, unliquidated obligations, etc.). Prepares the required forms and enters data into the computerized system.
5. Provides customer service for vendors, resource advisor, financial analyst, and other external and internal customers. Checks records/files in automated accounting systems on status of payments and payment dates, and follows up with OPLOC as necessary.

SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to evaluate and manage the training and education program on behalf of the assigned Group Organization (e.g., Mission Support Group, Operations Group, Flying Training Group, Fighter Group, Bomb Group, Cyber Operations Group) and assist Unit Training Managers within subordinate units, as needed. The role of this Group Training Manager (GTM) is to function as the Group Commander's key staff member responsible for overall oversight and management of the training and educational program. The GTM serves as training consultant to all Unit Training Managers (UTMs) and determine if quality training programs are in effect within all sections. The GTM implements and manages training programs, policies, and procedures, as directed by the Group Commander, Host Wing/Base Education and Training office, and higher headquarters.

DUTIES:

1. Plans, organizes, leads and controls the Group training program and assist Unit training programs as needed to ensure combat readiness.
2. Responsible for overall management of OJT program for the Group and oversight of subordinate unit's OJT program.
3. Assist with processing of all Career Development Course (CDC) waivers, reenrollment requests and two-time CDC failures for the Group and subordinate units.
4. Administers Training and Distance Learning Programs.
5. Manages the development of education and training instructional products.
6. Plans, directs, organizes, and coordinates operations of the Advance Distributed Learning, and multimedia education
   and training programs.
7. Monitors the overall accuracy and reliability of all data entered into and maintained in Personnel Data System (PDS).

• Uses technical knowledge and expertise in the operation of real property maintenance (facilities equipment, mechanical/ electrical/ utility/ heating/ ventilation/ air conditioning/petroleum, oils & lubricants (POL), fuel suppression/detection systems and pavement maintenance functions to assure proper assessment of contractor performance.
• Receives and processes complaints from base customers.
• Educates base customers in the contractors responsibilities
• Prepares various reports, forms, operating instructions (OI's), correspondence, and other quality assurance documents.

SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this position is to schedule academic training classes for students assigned to an Air Education and Training Command (AETC) Flying Training Program. Reviews, prioritizes, and coordinates academic requests to prepare weekly schedules to meet academic requirements specified in the appropriate aircraft syllabus.

The primary purpose of this position is: An Enlisted Air Reserve Technician (ART), to assist the medical records administration specialist with responsibility for the daily operations of the Medical Records, Quality Assurance, and Risk Management programs. Oversees all activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance of, and adherence to the organization's policies and procedures covering Service Treatment Records (STR) administration. Provides direct support to the Medical Records Administration ART and Senior ART by accomplishing a variety of duties relating to medical administration, military functions, and analysis to assist with the operational requirements of the Squadron and Wing Force Health programs. Works directly with AFRC STR Processing Center, sub-set of Air Force Medical Readiness Agency (AFMRA). Provides training to reserve members in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein.

1. Provides direct support to the Medical Records Administrator and Senior ART in planning, directing, implementing, and controlling all elements of the day-to-day STR operation.
2. Ensures quality and security of the STR program.
3. Provides advisory and consultant services on service treatment records to Reserve Medical Unit staff.
