What you’ll be doing as a Business Change Inventory Lead

- Support the establishment of Business Change Management capability – identify, implement and continuously improve the core standards / policies / processes / procedures / templates needed for the function to provide an effective Business Change Management service to this Programme within Inventory Operations & Supply Chain.
- Identify, plan, develop and deliver business change activities for all stakeholders of the Programme, including communications, training needs analysis, organisation design and business readiness.
- Identify business change management risks and issues, proposing mitigating actions to relevant Project / Programme Manager and Project Sponsor to overcome challenges presented.
- Act as the main point of contact for business change communications and to actively collaborate with stakeholders from all levels and disciplines to define business change requirements and ensure effective development and delivery throughout the Programme Delivery phases.
- Create detailed Business Change Management Plans, execute, monitor progress and report against those agreed plans and take corrective pro-active action where required.

What you’ll be doing as a Senior Project Manager

- You’ll be a client-side Senior Project Manager responsible for the investment from initial design through construction and completion.

Applications are invited for a fixed-term full-time Research Project Support Officer in Marine Environmental History/Marine Historical Ecology in the School of Ocean Sciences as part of a cross-disciplinary research project integrating history and marine ecology to inform modern-day sustainable fisheries and marine ecosystem management.

Duties will include assisting in: the organisation and performance of a variety of desk-based research, with an emphasis on data collection and management; research work with primary historical sources/in archives; fieldwork interviewing fishers and other stakeholders; extracting data from a range of historical and biological/environmental sources; and organising workshops and stakeholder engagement.

Candidates should be educated to degree standard (or equivalent) in either history/environmental history or related fields (e.g. archaeology, geography, history of science) OR natural sciences (inc. ecology, marine biology, fisheries).

My client are a specialist mechanical contractor working within the construction industry who have been established since the early 2000’s. They design, supply, install, service & maintain air conditioning, heating & ventilation systems to commercial buildings.

Based in Hertfordshire they currently employ 30 people across the business and are seeking an HVAC Project Engineer to join the team.

THE JOB – HVAC PROJECT ENGINEER / CAD TECHNICIAN


Monday – Friday / 9am – 5.30pm / 40 Hour Weeks

This can be a remote role 4 days a week, however you must attend Project Meetings in their Hertfordshire Office on Fridays.

The HVAC Project Engineer will be responsible for the planning, design, and execution of HVAC projects. Depending on your location you can be based at either our Banbury or Witney Sewage Treatment Works.

We are looking for someone with Previous working experience in secretarial and administrative support. The role requires an individual who is flexible, positive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-changing working environment.

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate coordination of facilities within the organisation, supporting staff locally and remotely, build excellent working relationships at all levels, have attention to detail, be resilient under pressure working to tight timescales and capable of working under your own initiative for long periods of time.

What you’ll be doing as the Business Support Administrator

- Maintain, monitor, and verify data, records and information obtained from a variety of sources (including quality systems) in support of business and company requirements.
- Ensure the staff resource management system is accurate and up to date.
- Respond to enquiries from within and outside of the company, arranging meetings and general customer liaison.
- Management of corporate procurement system for the area including the raising and tracking of orders.
- Report on financial spend.
- Provision of administrative and general office support to the operational team.
- Maintain and update relevant corporate IT systems.
