This is an exciting new opportunity to improve the quality in learning disability inpatient services and inpatient care for autistic people across Cheshire and Merseyside.

We would welcome candidates who have experience of working or commissioning this type of provision, who understand the needs of autistic people and people with a learning disability, and the strategic landscape, including the extensive work that is involved in the Transforming Care Programme.

Fixed term: 12 months.

The Post holder is key to the success of the Inpatient Quality Transformation Programme in Cheshire and Merseyside, through supporting the redesign of inpatient provision for people with learning disabilities and autistic people, to improve quality and ensure best use of resource.

The successful candidate will need to work in collaboration with all stakeholders, support the collation and analysis of data, including on demand, capacity, activity and cost, and use their analytical skills to identify and communicate gaps in current provision, and develop plans to address these.

A key part of the role will be to translate key pieces of national policy and strategy into practice and support services to implement and embed in local practice as appropriate.

The post-holder will need to ensure that all of the work is co-produced and co-delivered and a range of lived experience voices are embedded throughout. Therefore the ability to form strong, supportive and effective working relationships with partners is essential.

A leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment is currently looking for a Logistic Planning Analyst for their site in Birchwood, Warrington. This is a 6 month contract with a potential to be extended. The position is paying £20.02 PAYE, £22.93 PAYE rolled up holiday pay and £26.24 Umbrella. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 -17:00. The position is hybrid with weekly rotating days for working from home.

The Role

This role is essential in ensuring that lead time supplier schedules are acknowledged and managed into the business on time, in full and compliantly, as well as ensuring that all supplier arrears and customer back orders have relevant and up-to-date promise dates or robust action plans in place to recover. This role also requires timely action, responding to escalated customer requirements, managing internal and external expectations and challenging supplier performance. Typical responsibilities include;

• Ensure that all customer back orders have a relevant and up to date recovery/availability date
• Manage communication to the Customer Services group where a recovery date is not provided
• Report supplier adherence to processes surrounding order acknowledgements and ASN deliverables
• Manage output from our forecasting system, communicating firm requirements and negotiating schedule changes with the supplier
• Weekly & monthly analysis across the desk to identify and report on Supplier Performance failure:
• Use Tableau reporting to highlight account adherence to schedules by Suppliers
• Use output of Built In Quality process to drill down and provide root cause fix to reasons behind instances causing business grief on physical and invoice receipt
• Using Plan-Do-Check-Act method to formulate action plan / next steps for suppliers of focus

Requirements

• Previous work experience within a Supply Chain function
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Previous work experience and knowledge of SAP systems
• Previous work experience and good knowledge of EDI (Electronic Date Interchange) is desirable
• Knowledge of Lean methodology and 8 Wastes

We are looking for an organized event manager to lead the operations, maintenance, and bookings for Northop Hall Hotel, you will be required to actively attract new clients, create venue pricing packages, secure bookings, coordinate the logistics of events and manage the maintenance of the venue.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The Events Manager role is a dynamic role that requires you to manage events from start to finish. While the responsibilities are wide, the key responsibilities are listed below
Attracting new clients and targeting new and suitable opportunities using sales and marketing initiatives;
Lead the direction and management of weddings and other events to deliver on requirements, deadlines within the client budget;
Maintain a sound knowledge of local competitors and new trends within the Events Industry;
Preparing venue packages and pricing options and negotiating with clients.
Conduct venue-viewings with clients;
Managing all bookings for events and liaising with the clients to determine event requirements;
Coach, mentor and lead the team with clear direction and focus on their roles and responsibilities to achieve departmental ambitions;
Ensure all event documents and paperwork are accurate and in place, including event planning related contract forms, delivery schedules, and hire agreements;
Managing all administrative tasks such as insurance, booking schedules, and invoicing

Work with catering services and special event vendors and suppliers to ensure that all contract needs are met;
Managing all maintenance and repairs of the venue grounds, property, equipment, and facilities;
