We are looking for a Night Security Officer who can commit to working on a 4 on 4 off basis, based on shift times between 20:00 – 08:00 each night.

Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel is in the heart of Bloomsbury just a 2 minute walk from Russell Square tube station where the Piccadilly line runs 24hrs a day on Fridays and Saturdays!

As a Night Security Officer, we will support you to:

Our Security Officers are:

• Experienced Hotel Security Officers who gained their experience in a property of a similar size, standard and complexity.
• Experienced with working in all aspects of Security, including CCTV, and Person/ Building Protection.
• The holder of a valid SIA License
• Passionate about delivering great service and have a great understanding of Health and Safety.
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team.

Area Security Officer

G4S is recruiting for an Area Security Officer to work in and around Barrow, including Kendal, Whitehaven, Wokington, Penrtih and Lancashire areas

You will cover several different sites in your area so no two days will be the same.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Saturday, generally, 8:45am to 5:15pm, however some flexibility to work out of hours as and when necessary will be required.

You must have a full clean UK Driving Licence and your own transport.

**Please note you must be over the age of 18 to apply for this role**

The rate of pay is £11.44


Your Time at Work

You'll be greeting staff and visitors, interacting with the general public, ensuring they follow security protocols keeping our customers and their premises secure. Patrolling the premises and dealing with any security incidents, you'll ensure visitors and staff are in a safe environment by de-escalating situations in a firm but respectful manner

It would be ideal if you have an SIA license or experience in security, but if not then full training will be provided. What's crucial is your great communication and customer service skills. All our admin is digital and paperless, so you'll need to be tech savvy enough to use our digital devices.
