Principal Information Security Domain Architect

We're looking for a Principal Information Security Domain Architect to join our wider Digital Technology & Data team at Co-op. In this role, you'll work closely with the rest of our Information Security Leadership team to shape our information security strategy and roadmap; making sure these align with our architectural principles and business needs. We'll look to you to play a key role in ensuring that the appropriate security measures and controls are implemented across Co-op; using your knowledge and expertise to help guide colleagues and teams. What you'll do

• Support the development and implementation of our information security strategy and roadmap
• Be part of our Architecture Review Board and Foundation Technical Design Authority
• Offer expertise to colleagues to make sure the appropriate information security measures and controls are in place and prioritised in decision-making
• Collaborate with our Architecture and Information Security Leadership teams to balance their individual needs and priorities
• Be responsible for developing and ensuring adherence to both our information security and architecture principles and guidelines

Content Executive - Co-op Legal Services

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing secretarial support to their conveyancing team, where you will be supporting a small team of solicitors, associates and partners. The Public Affairs team has an important role to play in directly contributing to the work of the Mayor and their team, and in helping TfGM navigate successfully through all tiers of politics: we are dedicated to ensuring TfGM and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority have the political relationships, campaigning strategies and political insight in place to deliver an ambitious transport agenda which supports the political remit set out by the Mayor and the Leaders of the Combined Authority and Greater Manchester's wider objectives around jobs, homes, economic growth and the environment.

This role will involve line management of officers in the Housing Compliance and Enforcement Team. Managers are required manage a programmed inspection regime for private rented properties. You will be required to work with a range of partners to tackle the impact poor landlords have in the private rented sector and on Neighbourhoods.

The Housing Compliance and Enforcement Team are responsible for dealing with reports of housing disrepair and health and safety related matters in the private rented sector, taking enforcement action as required. The team licence and carry out programmed inspections of licensable Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) as well as Selective licensed properties. The team works closely with Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service and undertakes proactive initiatives to tackle inadequate and dangerous housing across Manchester.

You will be a driven individual, keen to deliver statutory housing interventions. The position plays an important role in ensuring warm, safe, healthy homes are available for all private tenure residents across Manchester. Poor housing has a direct link to poor health, comfort, and mental well-being. You will work with a wide range of partners to deliver projects that aims to protect public health and improve quality of life.

You will have a good understanding of enforcement in the private rented sector. Experience in project management, partnership working and working in Neighbourhoods would also be an advantage.
