Job description:

● Develop and review project designs, plans, and specifications for construction projects

● Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine project feasibility

● Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budgets, and timelines

1. Responsible to the Senior Engineer, Principal Engineer for the preparation of design as per codes/standards and client's specifications.

2. Prepares design proposals, do material take-off for civil and structural work.

3. Conducts site investigation/checks for data acquisition, as-built for design and tender work.

4. Liaise with the accredited Professional Engineer (PE) for calculations, drawings to comply with authority requirements.

5. Coordinating the site team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently by following all safety regulations, protocols, and guidelines.

6. Monitor the dateline and progress of the job and make sure on time submission of claim.

Public Area Attendant

The Public Area Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel, providing guests with an enjoyable experience.

Schedule & Hours:

Location: Bukit Batok Clubhouse (West area, Singapore)

We are looking for candidate to fufill the post of a Front office receptionist (Part Time).

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist members with payment of membership, facilities booking and courses
• Attend to walk in enquiries
• Answering of phonecall
• Adhoc duty as assigned from time to time

We want you, if you have/are:

• Position requires applicant to have basic knowledge in computer and knows how to use Excel and Word
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays when required
• Students who are schooling are also welcomed to apply

Work hours:

Weekdays: 830am-9pm, 830am-1pm, 1pm-9pm
