Job descriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Civil Enforcement Officers to join the team at the local Council. The Civil Enforcement team helps the District Council meet the demands of the Traffic Management Act 2004.As a Civil Enforcement Officer, you will perform a unique and innovative role, conducting street patrols within designated areas of the district.Responsibilities:-- Enforce parking restrictions across the district in line with the Traffic Management Act 2004 & Traffic Regulation Orders for Thanet- Issue Penalty Charge Notices to vehicles which are parked illegally- Ensure sufficient evidence is collected when issuing Penalty Charge Notices- Carry out daily maintenance checks of pay & display machines & reporting any issues- Carry out weekly car park inspections- Identify and report any damaged road and car park signs, faded lines that need replacing or missing.- Assist the public with any council-related enquires to provide a high level of customer service- Liaise with other enforcement teams, CCTV, and the police to provide intelligence- Investigate abandoned vehicles from initial report to removal of vehicles- Joint operations with CCTV & Streetscene EnforcementRequirements:-- Basic knowledge of the Highway Code & Road Traffic Regulations of Act 1991, Traffic Management Act & relevant legislation.- Excellent knowledge of the Thanet area- Basic computer skills- Must have a clean valid driving license- Must have excellent communication skills- Must be able to work under pressure- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions- Must be physically fit- Must have good attention to detail- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essentialIf you are a proactive and motivated individual who is passionate about ensuring the safety and security of our community, then we want to hear from you. Mobile Fire & Security Engineer needed

Our client is one of the largest, independent, and privately-owned companies providing best-in-class people, technology, and training solutions are looking for a Mobile fire & security engineer to Cover Midlands - Northampton/Coventry on a full time Permanent basis.

Salary: 40K Per Annum

Area: Covering Midland UK- Northampton/Coventry

Skill base requirements:

Experience

• Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of Fire and Security Systems with preferred knowledge in CCTV systems
• Strong technical knowledge of Fire Alarms, Intruder, CCTV, Access Control, Intercoms, Extinguishers
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry standards
• Both Installation and Reactive/Preventative Maintenance

Professional Qualifications & Licenses (holding or working towards a distinct advantage)

• Certification or training in Fire and Security Systems installation and maintenance
• A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• CSCS Card (preferred but not essential)
• IPAF Licence
• Other appropriate qualifications

SERVICE

• Install, configure, commission and test systems

• Respond promptly to service calls and resolve technical issues on-site
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the best placement and configuration of systems
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of installations, maintenance activities, and service calls
• Provide training and support to clients on the operation and basic maintenance
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful deployments
