The Regional Security Manager (Asia) will be responsible for providing technical leadership for strategic projects and initiatives on the security roadmap, as well as participating in more general network security and architectural efforts. Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead and strengthen our Clients' organization’s security posture. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing vulnerabilities, developing security strategies, leading incident response efforts, and managing security technologies across the enterprise. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of systems, networks, and data, while keeping abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices. Key Responsibilities:

1. Vulnerability Analysis & Mitigation

• Analyze and prioritize vulnerabilities based on severity, potential impact, and business risk, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security weaknesses and recommend appropriate improvements.

2. Incident Response & Management

• Lead and participate in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of incident response procedures and processes.
• Collaborate with geographically diverse teams to investigate and document security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend remediation actions.
• Report all security incidents to the home office and work with corporate IT on response and resolution strategy.

3. Security Systems & Network Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Based in Singapore, you will be part of the Global Information Security team, providing Cybersecurity and IT support to Haier businesses in the world.

• Responsible for the construction of Haier's overseas regional information security system, identify issues and risks in security construction and continuously optimize them;

KEY REQUIREMENTS

The position

Global Capital Markets is dedicated to the administration of loans, project finance, securitization, escrow, covered bonds, property trusts and REITs. We provide corporate trustee and agency as well as SPV administration services to the international capital markets in the capacity of trustee, security agent, paying agent, escrow agent, facility agent and corporate services provider.

In general, we are responsible for managing orphan SPVs, escrows, bonds, loans as well as restructuring of distressed debt. We interact closely with capital providers (funds, banks, family offices etc), lawyers and financial advisers and review and agree documentation. Each situation is unique and requires sound knowledge of the capital markets.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of clientele which includes private and public limited companies and foreign companies in the area of advisory and compliance with company legislations and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle all corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of Singapore companies including drafting the documents for AGM, EGM, board resolutions, striking off, etc.
• Perform Singapore company’s administration duties including upload of financial statements in XBRL format and lodgment of changes and annual return with ACRA
