・At least 10 years’ of working experience

・Experience in corporate/commercial law and contract negotiations

・Have working experience in a law firm or in-house legal and

compliance counsel

・Experience in overseeing legal, compliance, risk management and

intellectual property in a regional role

・Experience working in a Japanese company and liaising with Japanese

HQ counterparts

・Degree or above with a major in law from a reputable law school
