Pipelaying Traineeship based in Tully. This Traineeship will be hosted by Cassowary Coast Regional Council. The successful Civil Construction - Pipelaying Trainee will contribute to the effective and efficient operations of Council’s Water Services section by assisting delivering capitol works program. This role will predominantly be based within the Water Services section of Council, this role may also be required to work across other teams within Water Services as required. As a representative of Council, demonstrated professionalism and a commitment to a high level of service delivery and Safety in the best interest of Council and the Community are essential. Some duties that the role will include: Learning to read plans and overviews and follow and implement as directed. Carry out measurements and calculations. Operate plant and equipment.
