About the role

This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist or Social Worker with proven leadership skills to develop a county wide service supporting people to live independent lives in the community.

As Home First System Lead, your role will work directly with domiciliary reablement providers and the in-house multi-disciplinary team to deliver high quality reablement services for people leaving hospital and those already in their own homes.

• Lead the implementation of the Discharge to Assess pathways whereby patients are discharged within 48 hours of them being medically optimised for discharge.

• Create and continue to build on our partnerships and relationships across the sector to deliver a multi-agency model for Discharge to Assess delivery.
• Work collaboratively with the out of hospital Discharge to Assess team including social workers, therapists, discharge coordinators, third sector and provider partners.

Key Accountabilities


- Manage the technical delivery both back and front of house in a customer focused environment by means of support and working through individual site teams.
- Ensure the legislative and company standards are maintained with regards to statutory compliance and reporting procedure for our trust & local authority clients.
- To provide a professional service to the Oxford Management Team in respect to small project works by producing quality scope of works, tendering such works in accordance with company financial standards and engaging and managing such works.
- To ensure that cyclic planned preventative maintenance and service works are completed to satisfy the contract specification for the Oxford Contract as set out in the company’s planned preventive maintenance procedures and being appropriately recorded.
- To co-ordinate and have undertaken by approved term maintenance specialist works providers, cyclic maintenance and service works on a contract appointment basis to satisfy contract specification for the Oxford Contract as set out in the company’s planned preventive maintenance procedures and appropriately record.
- To monitor the reactive maintenance, service and repair works within the Oxford Contract to satisfy those requirements of the contract specification.
- To assist and support the site-based Management Team in respect to any reasonable technical request.
- To monitor the CAFM defects reports in accordance with agreed procedures ensuring that service standards are maintained to the requirements of the contract’s specification.
- To respond appropriately to all maintenance issues in accordance with the agreed priority rating system and with minimum disruption to facilities.
- To advise the general (facility) managers and site based technical staff in respect of relevant health and safety environmental issues.
- To monitor, manage and focus the site teams to effective use of the facilities second bigger costs base (utilities) via means of an efficient plant and building operation.



What you’ll need to do the role

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years building services experience, qualified in an associated building services trade and experienced in managing a team.
Previous management or supervisor experience essential. Minor works project management experience, knowledge of swimming pool plant, water hygiene and HVAC system would be advantageous.

• Administration of Performance criteria (e.g. Stock Holding, Marketing Co-op Funds)
• Partner level discounts and standard discount maintenance in SAP
• Administration of rebates

- Legal Entity Tasks:

• Transfer pricing: calculation based on general rules at guidance of BT/FC reporting (e.g. YEC, income statement, tax income statement, other tax document, government, regualtors, chambers, environmental)
• Coordinate YEC and audit of local GAAP and IFRS accounts
• Record of leasing cases for tangibles (cars, etc.) and intanglibles (buildings)
• Interface to BPO

- Local governance:

• Support central risk management on controls, collaboration on local audits, GCRA (Global Corruption Risk Analysis), Ensure compliance of local activities

- Credit management:

• Customer dispute management, review of orders on credit blocks, receivables, overdue

- Customer escalation support:

• 2nd level of support for clarifying customer escalations, e.g. Delivery complaints, payments, warranty cases (outside RMA), contractual topics, pricing

- Others:

• Direct Purchasing: for smaller Countries without dedicated Headcount. Tasks include Local-for-Local, Demo goods, Indirect purchasing, Assignment ofFI invoices in APM
• Deputy for CBD: SOP can be Deputy for CBD
• Administration: could include office administration: Travel, Company Cars, IT, HR (e.g. Payroll coordination (Commissions / Bonus)
• Treasury: Liquidity management, banking affairs

 

Informa Markets is looking for a Sales Executive to increase the number of sales made to existing customers as well as first-time clients. This position is to strengthen relationships with customers and turning customers into champions for the brand.

1.    Manage domestic sales activities in Vietnam to meet regional and project target.

2.    Identifying clients’ needs & maintaining the relationship (mostly with senior position) & in order to increasing revenue with existing clients

3.    Closely following up and dealing with day-to-day clients’ requirement.

4.    Market research and develop relationship with potential clients in order to expand the customer network and company’s market share in local industry.

5.    Building up the customer database in Salesforce

6.    Coordinate with other departments to follow the task schedule and ensure the project timeline. 

7.    Closely coordinate with international offices in managing exhibitions 

8.    Monitor after-sales services

9.  Manage particular international events including branding, business development, sales and customer services.

11.  Coordinate with overseas sales team and agents for prospects, customer services.

12.  Directly report to and assist Line Manager in various matters of sales

13.  Preparing the sale presentation to clients through meetings.

14.  Keeping up to date & analyzing competitors’ activities

15.  Closely coordinating with finance department in managing the payment of clients and support Finance in resolving bad debt customers as a final escalation point

Collaborate with the digitalization team to build up internal web applications, including:

• Understand business processes and user's pain points that lead to the need for an internal web application.
• Develop a business case with estimated benefits, main application features, etc.
• Create user stories and UI/UX in collaboration with the digitalization team and stakeholders.
• Build the web application using the low code platform OutSystem.
• Track & share progress, challenges, proposal of solutions.
   

1. Assist with preparation of drafts of the Technical Services manuals which are given out to Exhibitors
2. Be conversant with the various software programmes utilized throughout the company, especially floorplan and drafting software
3. Work closely with/manage appointed contractors, to ensure the smooth coordination of exhibition operations; arranging for pre-show briefings
4. Be technically conversant with all aspects of stand building, floor plan layouts and other electrical /telco services required at site
5. Work closely with relevant government bodies to ensure trouble-free operation at the shows
6. Approve – in consultation with Line Manager - all stand-building in accordance with regulations, and source and supply services to exhibitors, priced where necessary
7. Work closely with relevant venue owner, contractors and suppliers for the exhibition to ensure a smooth operation at the show
8. Design and implement - in consultation with Line Manager the building of organiser’s complex at site as well as the various stand packages adopted by exhibitors, ensuring that all regulations are followed
9. Manage the site office and be responsible for on-site billing
10. Manage all operations aspects during show time including Opening Ceremony, conference set-up, shuttle bus schedules, parking arrangements, emergency procedures and other specialized areas
11. Propose relevant signage for all on-site needs and having the signage constructed in good time
12. Solve operational problems in a speedy and effective manner, bearing customer relations in mind at all times
13. Be responsible for post-show matters and reviews both in-house and for venue owners, ensuring that invoicing is carried out promptly, and that all files are archived
