Key Responsibilities



- Helping steer the Agile Release Train (ART) by working with the Product Managers and Release Train Engineer’s (RTE’s) to provide the necessary guidance to the train.
- Working Proactively with the Enterprise Architect to ensure alignment between both the ART and the organisation’s technology landscape and target state architecture.
- Ensuring system design evolves whilst considering both the practical reality of implementation and architectural intent.
- Interacting and collaborating with the system team, alongside shared services. The goal of this is to establish optimal architectures and processes for system testing and integration.
- Providing critical insights, keeping a close connection to the technological and implementation capabilities of the Train in question.
- Defining Nonfunctional Requirements whilst ensuring that Enterprise Architecture will support these NFRs.
- Participate In Solution Definition – Provide critical insights, keeping a close connection to the technological and implementation capabilities of the Train in question.
- Develop end to end solution designs to meet the needs of our engineering workforce, customers and asset management teams.
- Align Architectural Intent with Implementation – Ensure Alignment of expectations expressed in the architectural vision and the reality of the team’s skills, capacity, skills and more, as relevant.





Skills and Experience

Relevant qualifications and certifications for System Architecture or Solution Architecture.

Demonstrable experience of defining and maintaining an end to end solution design that covers processes, data, security, people and technology. Working with enterprise architecture, business stakeholders and development teams to ensure the right design is in place, is understood, evolved and followed to deliver high quality business outcomes that adhere to IT standards and strategies.

Agile delivery experience preferably following Scaled Agile Framework.

Main Duties/ Responsibilities 1. To assist in the development of the aseptic service. 2. To practice as an expert practitioner, providing advice and consultancy to patients, healthcare professionals and other agencies relating to pharmaceutical aspects of aseptic services within the department and on the wards/clinical areas. 3. To operate as an authorised pharmacist within the Pharmacy Aseptic Unit. 4. To participate in, and if needed, lead on the training of Pharmacy staff within the department relating to aseptic services. 5. Ensure patients discharge medication is accurate and dispensed in advance of the patients discharge, by writing the patients medication on the GP discharge prescription and conveying to the GP all necessary information concerning the patient medication to ensure a safe transfer to primary care. Reducing pharmaceutical waste by utilising patients own drugs in the discharge process. 5. Within your designated clinical area of responsibility, ensure best practice and clinical governance is applied to drug therapy by providing medical and nursing staff with: a. Appropriate drug information b. Support in writing clinical guidelines c. Participation in and delivery of education and training d. Undertaking clinical audit and practice research e. Ensuring procedures for the introduction and monitoring of new drugs are followed f. Monitoring of drug expenditure and provision of advice on the financial implications of changes in practice g. Train, and act as role model to pharmacy staff allocated to specialty h. Liaise with community medical nursing and pharmacy staff to ensure effective and seamless care 6. As A Senior Network Technician for Cadent, you will provide support for our Integrated Security Solution system, you will be collaborating with our Energy Control Centre and Technical Security Engineers to destermine site access for all aspects of work and attendance as well as designing and driving key improvement initiatives.




Key Responsibilities



- Servicing, maintaining and asset replacing (installing) various security disciplines on the Cadent estate. This will include but not limited to, monitored Closed Circuit television, both analogue and digital, centrally managed access control systems, Intercom, Monitored Pulse Fence (MPF), acoustic fence and intruder alarm, security white and infra-red lighting, CCTV IP Network Infrastructure.
- Developing, implementing & managing safe working practices, maintenance procedures, preventative maintenance plans & engineering standards & specifications.
- Providing support throughout the UK at our remote locations. Working alongside support teams, you will provide key interface between Integrated Security Solution team, site operations and our specialist contractors.
- Supporting with associated outsourced Service Providers’ performance against agreed Service Levels.
- Supporting the ISS team as part of an on-call 24x7x365 rota.
- Providing technical assurance for the services, ensuring Change Management Process is adhered to and Changes are technically validated to protect live service.
- Supporting with technical standards for related technology /infrastructure and strategic decisions.

- Host 3rd line specialist contactors on site visits and provide sensible monitoring of the work activity throughout the entire works and be responsible for the verification of the work against the task. Skills and Experience



- A minimum of 3 years in the electronic security industry with good working knowledge of CCTV and integrated Security systems.
- Experience of installation or servicing of CCTV, Access control, intruder and door, gate entry systems is required.
- Approved Electrician and/or City & Guilds 236 Pt 1 and 2 in Electrical Installation and maintenance or equivalent desirable and will be expected to be or working towards, BS2382 BS18th edition wiring regulations.
- SCO 1,2, & 5 & GAS SHEA certified, or working towards
- Full UK driving licence.
- Able to read prepared electrical plans and technical sketches as well as identify from a drawing, the location of equipment and services on site that you will be working on and install service and repair systems in accordance with information provided, and record changes to and the location of equipment on the installation drawings and update the required asset registers.
- Experience of supporting mission critical systems, with good knowledge of system technologies, CCTV, Access control systems, monitoring tools, processes, and incident handling in a 24x7x365 support environment.
- HNC/SNVQ L3 or equivalent operational experience in network engineering techniques supported by relevant training or qualifications.
- Holds EUSR Gas Safety Passport.

As a Network Plan Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Network in capturing efficiencies achieved and developing plans for future efficiencies and provide detailed delivery output focused plans. Building effective relationships with key business stakeholders will ensure the delivery of key recommendations to drive the Network forward, developing and modelling scenarios to focus direction of the business.

We are in the fortunate position, after service investment, to advertise for an exceptional Pharmacist to join our friendly and progressive pharmacy team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. This is a unique role in which you can develop your specialist skillset and advance your clinical skills.

The ideal candidate would be an ambitious, self-motivated, and committed Pharmacist with excellent technical and communication skills. They will work closely with the Lead Pharmacist for Technical Services and the Pharmacy Aseptic/ Quality Assurance team.

The successful post holder will have practical experience of working in a sterile production or Quality Control environment with cleanroom and isolator technology and be familiar with GMP, GCP, Section 10 and MHRA standards.

We are a large Acute Teaching Hospital of approximately 1300 beds. Our pharmacy department has an innovative approach to pharmaceutical care with a ward-based technician service and pharmacist led clinics. We have strong links with the Medical School at Warwick University and the department of Medicines Management at Keele University.

You will be based at University Hospital Coventry, a PFI hospital opened in 2006 which is situated just off the junction of the M6 and M69.

The primary duties include working alongside the Lead Pharmacist for Technical Services and the Pharmacy Aseptic/ Quality Assurance team to provide a safe, effective and high-quality service. The post holder will support the maintenance and improvement of the Unit’s Pharmaceutical Quality System.

The role will include aseptic verification and release of products from the unit. You will work alongside other healthcare professionals to provide treatment for patients requiring aseptically made injectable medicines, for example those with cancer amongst other conditions. You will assist in the development of the aseptic service at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust.

Although your main role will be in the aseptic department you may be required to support the clinical verification (screening) of SACT prescriptions and the dispensing of chemotherapy medicines.

Main Duties/ Responsibilities

1. To participate in and supervise the generation and checking of new MOSAIQ SACT protocol templates.

2. To review and update existing SACT protocol templates, and oversee the modification and maintenance of all treatment protocols.

3. To participate in and support the wider pharmacy and clinical team with training and usage of the chemotherapy prescribing system within cancer services.

7. To participate in outpatient clinics as a non-medical prescriber (as required and funding permitting). Provide oral chemotherapy pre-treatment consultations (as required and funding permitting).

8. To operate as an authorised pharmacist within the Pharmacy Aseptic Unit, handling and final checking chemotherapy and other aseptically dispensed/ manufactured medicines.

9. To participate in chemotherapy screening (clinical verification) of prescriptions as per department rota.

10. To support all aspects of the cancer drug commissioning arrangements locally. This will include funded drugs and those available via a compassionate use or similar scheme.

11. To participate in, and if needed, lead on the training of Pharmacy staff within the department relating to cancer services.

12. To participate in, and if needed, lead on commitments relating to intrathecal therapy.

13. To support the palliative care clinical service provided to the Hospices at Warwick and Coventry (as required).

Pharmacy duties and Responsibilities:

1. Check prescriptions for clarity, safety and efficacy on wards, in dispensaries and the aseptic suite and when necessary take accurate drug histories to facilitate this. Query with, and provide the prescriber with appropriate information to effect a change in the prescription when clinically required, to ensure patients safety and effective therapy.

2. Provide information to nursing and medical staff across the trust on any aspect of medicines policy ensuring safe practice. Provide information to patients on allocated wards or in dispensaries concerning their medication and answer any resulting questions or queries.

3.Provide when necessary, through checking dispensing or supervision of technicians, an efficient medication supply service from any of the pharmacy departments, including the aseptic suite.

4.Ensure patients discharge medication is accurate and dispensed in advance of the patients’ discharge, by recording the patients’ medication on the GP discharge prescription and conveying to the GP all necessary information concerning the patient medication to ensure a safe transfer to primary care. Reducing pharmaceutical waste by utilising patients own drugs in the discharge process.

5. Within your designated clinical area of responsibility, ensure best practice and clinical governance is applied to drug therapy by providing medical and nursing staff with:

a. Appropriate drug information

b. Support in writing clinical guidelines

c. Participation in and delivery of education and training

d. Undertaking clinical audit and practice research

e. Ensuring procedures for the introduction and monitoring of new drugs are followed

f. Monitoring of drug expenditure and provision of advice on the financial implications of changes in practice

g. Train, and act as role model to pharmacy staff allocated to specialty

h. Liaise with community medical nursing and pharmacy staff to ensure effective and seamless care

6.Provide clinical pharmacy and prescribing services within the Trust as an independent prescriber (as required).

7.Support the Associate Director of Pharmacy – Cancer, Technical Services and Clinical Trials in achieving long-term objectives of the department and its strategic direction including devising and reviewing SOPs and guidelines as needed.

8.Be responsible for ensuring that the appraisal and personal reviews for designated pharmacy staff are completed. Participate in personal review and working to achieve set objectives. Participate in selection and recruitment of staff.

9. To lead, participate in and coordinate the competency based assessments and training of junior staff within the team. To ensure areas of concern in the clinical and operational performance of staff within the team are identified and reported to the Associate Director of Pharmacy – Cancer, Technical Services and Clinical Trials. To participate in performance management of members of the team as needed

10. Work flexibly across all of the Pharmacy departments, covering the work of colleagues during peak periods or absence.

Technical Repairs Surveyors will be responsible for overseeing individual caseloads consisting of live disrepair claims (including damp and associated repairs), party wall awards, repair diagnostic cases, referrals from repairs teams / health and safety and environmental teams. Surveyors will also be required to undertake training and act in an advisory capacity for colleagues across the business and will from time to time be required to give expert evidence in court.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out site inspections and investigations, as necessary to produce detailed specifications of works using the national schedule of rates and composite values.
Prepare estimates, feasibility studies, plans, sketches and drawings as may be necessary.
Proficient in the correct diagnosis of building failures and to this end be competent in the use of devices, aids and instruments for the purpose of making assessments and diagnoses.
Carry out specialist surveys as required and undertake further specialist training as required.

Working knowledge of the building industry codes of practice, measured term and building forms of contract, the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and Statutory requirements applicable to the industry desirable.
Good level of IT skills including the ability to work to an intermediate level in Excel.

Mobile Painting Operative - Coventry and and surrounding areas.

£12.25ph plus Van and fuel card provided

• Mon to Fri 08.00-4pm
• £12.25ph - wages paid weekly
• Van and fuel card
• Coventry area

Main Purpose of role:

• Painting of small metal boxes and containers within the Coventry and Hinckley areas
• Assisting on site maintenance team with very basic repair and maintenance work
• Coventry area.

Essential Requirements:

• You must have a Full UK Driving licence
• Good experience of painting and re-painting
• Practical basic DIY knowledge
• A willingness to to work in and around Hinckley and Coventry areas.

£12.25 ph plus Van and fuel card and enhanced holiday pay - wages paid weekly

Van and Fuel card provided plus all tools, paint, equipment and materials also provided.
