Requirements
• 4+ Years hands on System Implementation Experience
• Functional Design experience with SAP, Fiori App experience a bonus. Comfortable in a highly Customised SAP process area.
• Techno Design experience specific to data modeling, class definition, UI design and workflow design.
• Debug SAP standard and custom program to understand the as-is system design.
• Experience Functional, Integration and User Acceptance testing of large SAP implementations. Understanding of defining and setting up Batch processing and Regression Testing
• Flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
• Ability to define and document integration test scenarios

JOB DESCRIPTION

NeoXam Singapore is looking for an experienced and motivated Neoxam Datahub Software & Application Manager who will lead the team working on Enhancement and Support of NeoXam Datahub Entity Master. This role will be based in Singapore, working closely together with the NeoXam project team.

He / she will join a team of experienced consultants and participate in the implementation and support of the application, the installation of new modules and features using NeoXam DataHub: the most comprehensive, efficient and customizable solution for centralized data management available on the market. The solution acts as a hub, a central repository and a user-oriented data management tool for data used or produced by financial institutions.

MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Lead the team working on Enhancement and Support of NeoXam Datahub Entity Master
• Writing and implementing modified codes to meet client’s requirement
• Developing quality assurance procedures
• Working closely with Research & Development (R&D) team on the improvements of NeoXam software solutions
• Implementing and managing NeoXam Datahub software
• Test and evaluate the success of software implementation
• Run analysis on installation and implementation problems to identify and resolve technical issues within the established time frames to meet clients’ satisfaction
• Identifying areas which requires modification in existing programs and subsequently work with R&D team on these modifications
• Provide best practice guidance to clients by leveraging technical expertise, NeoXam software knowledge and industry experience
• Ensure coordination and responsive follow-up to client needs and requirements, interfacing with the appropriate NeoXam departments and colleagues as needed
• Communicate NeoXam’s offerings and identify new opportunities to grow
• Participate in support efforts
• Continuously keep up to date with NeoXam DataHub functional and technical features and improvements
• Identify and resolve any installation and implementation problems to the clients satisfaction within established time frames
• Manage the overall design and configuration activity by ensuring the team follows configuration / scripting / design guidelines
• Analyze the clients’ needs, accompany and coach their teams and/or take charge of the product implementation, meet clients’ requests, manage the client relation and coordination of the project

PROFILE

• Engineering Bachelor Degree / Master’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of successful implementation and support of NeoXam Datahub solution at customers worldwide
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience with Financial software implementation and IT Projects in the banking / financial industry.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skillsExperience of a development language (Java, C, C++…) is required to be capable of writing rules in scripting language
• Experience with RDBMS, Data Modeling, and SQL language
• Understanding of Enterprise Data Management and ETL techniques and processes
• Previous experience of financial data provider feeds such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE and others
• Knowledge of financial instruments such as Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives
• Previous project experience with involvement in multiple stages of the project life cycle
• Independent, with own initiative and good interpersonal skills and are concerned about the quality of service provided
• Proactive and a real team player
• Fluent in English
