The role will include these responsibilities:

• Primarily to support the tasks and process within the ISSCA (Industry Security Standards Certification Assurance) team for the preservation of PCI compliance and supporting other compliance frameworks such as ISO27001, Cyber Essentials.
• Provide in-depth detailed knowledge and expertise relating to compliance with internal business processes (including suppliers) where the company is the Merchant or Service Provider
• To provide support for customer contracts where the company has compliance obligations, such that account managers/BID teams can make informed risk and cost decisions.
• Maintain awareness of forthcoming compliance framework changes to enable the company to maintain its compliance to the latest standards - highlighting as appropriate to any person's changes requiring investment.

You will need:

So, what does a typical day as a Court & Tribunal Security Officer look like? This is not an average security job and every day within the Court & Tribunals service brings something new. You will be entrusted to ensure a safe environment for this essential National service and will become an important part within the justice system. The roles are mobile covering a geographic area defined by a 10 mile radius of your base location. The Role:

• Food preparation and production for large numbers of meals per day with support from your chef and kitchen assistants.

As part of a modernisation programme this role will examine the current Network Management System for the communications network over the satellites and develop programme architecture to modernise and enhance the system. A background in Telecoms network management and understanding of current products and methodologies is essential, and any knowledge of satellite operations would be an advantage. What does the role involve?

This role will suit somebody with significant design consultancy experience and posessing a recognised fire safety engineering qualification with a recognised track record in delivery of projects from design through to construction and completion.

The Clinical Systems Support Team Leader will be responsible for the daily operation of the team which provides services such as:


• Second line support for clinical system issues that cannot be resolved by the service desk
• Configuration of all clinical systems, including user set-up
• Support and development of automation routines
• Management of the trust’s Registration Authority (smart card service)



The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the team are completing requests within the service level agreements by monitoring the call management system and allocating work to members of the team.



They will be expected to provide a level of technical, organisational and procedural support to the team members so that continuous improvements can be driven through the existing processes.

The post holder will be required to manage the clinical system support team on a daily basis to ensure their tasks are managed and completed as appropriate.



In addition, the post holder will also be the manager of the Registration Authority (RA) service and will be responsible for all matters concerning the implementation and operational management of the Trust’s Registration Authority.



As manager of the team you will be expected to be able to offer help and assistance to the team members should they require additional support. The role holder will be expected to devise and implement continuous improvement activities in order to enhance the support provided to other areas.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the team are meeting the service and operational level agreements for their tasks. They will be expected to manage the workload across the team and use statistical data to prove that tasks are being completed as necessary.
