The Deputy Network Director (DND) will serve as the alter ego to the Network Director (ND). As such, the DND directs highly complex healthcare delivery programs that involve major policy development of mission essential functions of VHA, which impacts the national economy. The DND oversees day-to-day operations of the VISN to ensuring oversight and integration of the functioning of the medical centers and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC).

The assigned duties require extensive knowledge of quality assessment, survey instruments and techniques. The incumbent must also have a full understanding of the requirements of various accrediting bodies (e.g. JCAHO, CARF, etc.) as they apply to the different types of facilities and programs within the VISN, such that recommendations to correct deficiencies may be made. Such ability and skill are based upon the incumbent's professional training and knowledge of health systems management and trends.

The incumbent must have extensive knowledge of the administrative operation of medical facilities, including Financial Management, Human Resources, Acquisition and Materials Management, Engineering, Patient Administration, etc.

Coordinates functions between the VISN's facilities and the Deputy Under Secretary for Health for Operations and Management.

This position has the responsibility to direct the organization's daily operation and management of VISN employees to accomplish the business of caring for enrolled Veterans' health care needs managing a large budget.

Business Management- Coordinates and assists in the development of the annual VISN strategic and business plan. Works closely with the VISN Strategic Planner (SP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Operations Manager (OM) to ensure that long and short range goals are identified and accomplished and that resources are adjusted to adequately support operating initiatives.

The Event Director for FHA is responsible for overall Brand ownership, delivery of quality customer experience, and continuous growth of products to develop and maintain the Brand as a market leading entity. 1. Program Planning and Leadership. The Director, Center for Disruptive Technology and Future Warfare (CDTFW), reports to the INSS Director. He/she leads and manages CDTFW research, operations, budget, and personnel. The incumbent assures that CDTFW's research is methodologically rigorous, cutting-edge, and impactful. He/she develops and manages research and academic initiatives related to disruptive technology and future warfare and helps to effectively disseminate publications and research products to relevant DoD and U.S. government stakeholders to ensure the strongest reach and impact. The incumbent leads, manages, and coordinates across the NDU academic and research enterprise, as well as with DoD and interagency stakeholder organizations. He/she creates and maintains working relationships with Department of Defense stakeholders, as well as relevant think tank, academic, and private sector actors.

The incumbent's focus and responsibilities in leading and managing a center that produces cutting-edge impactful research on disruptive technology and the implications for defense and national security policy and strategy include the following:

• Conducts and supervises cutting edge research on disruptive technology and future warfare, to include artificial intelligence, autonomous and semi-autonomous weapons systems, and assesses their impact on defense and national strategy and policy.

2. Resource Management and Development. 3. Personnel Management and EEO. Typical functions for day to day in the role are:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of all Data Center sites under your area, in a 24/7 mission critical environment.
• Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of services/tasks to meet project milestones.
• Working with project managers to guide their actions and provide ‘on-the-ground’ advice / support.
• Ensuring the quality benchmark is upheld for new sites / regions / deployments and being the gate keeper of this.

The Opportunity

The Technical Account Director (TAD) is accountable for the technical health and success of Adobe's largest customers using Adobe’s Digital Experience Solutions. They are charged with developing and implementing a customer strategy critical for the health of their solution stack; driving adoption and usage; risk mitigation and alignment across Customer executives and senior level decision makers. They will use an extensive network of internal resources such as technical & product specialists, customer success champions and a team of supporting personnel with the goal of enabling the Customer to fully bring to bear their Adobe investment. A TAD needs to have extended senior experience working with customer leadership and cross-functional teams providing Strategic Technical Health Leadership. The ideal candidate should have experience in program management and strategic alignment, leadership engagement and governance, and customer advocacy within Adobe.

What You'll Do

• Lead Ultimate Success engagement(s) as the technical executive point of contact throughout the Customer's solution usage lifecycle. Advise and support customer's technical strategy with Adobe Solutions to drive value.
• Assess strategic Customer technical risks and opportunities and drive the extended Adobe team to build and deliver mitigation and "get well" plans.
• Drive clear communication across Customer operational areas. Maintain regular and appropriate governance with both internal and external executive teams. Drive alignment and reporting on overall engagement status and outcomes.
• Advocate for Customer across internal Adobe teams. Optimize client's investment and accelerated task, issue execution and resolution. Drive customer’s achievement of their key business objectives, innovation, roadmap influence, standard methodologies, and process improvement back into the Adobe ecosystem.
• Responsible for the global engagement model, review cycle across multiple business units and/or brands.
• Consolidate comprehensive cadence across all technical partners and influence delivery achievements across multi-solution, multi-discipline engagements.
• Work hands on with Adobe's internal Customer Success Management, Managed Services, Engineering, TechOps, Product Management, Support, and the Adobe Consulting practice and third-party partners in support of customer's success.
• Lead a matrixed services team that may involve multiple project teams from Adobe or client or partner organizations. Develop effective working relationships with Customer partners.
• Make recommendations on how new and existing features fit within customers' environments, supplying standard methodologies and recommendations.
• Lead project-based, consultant-led architectural and design discussions to ensure solutions are optimized.

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in related subject area of the technical industry. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• At least 10-15 years of experience in a senior capacity in consultative, customer support, customer success and/or related role in marketing technology.
• Strong executive presence. Ability to collaborate multiple teams throughout Adobe and client­ side VPs, including CMOs and CXOs.
• Strong presentation skills, including confident presence over the phone and via conference tools. Leading meetings, workshops, and reviews in front of audiences both small and large.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills to drive closure to customer concerns and open technical issues. Maintain strong ability to prioritize work against client goals.
• Outstanding customer-facing skills that enable you to represent Adobe best within a customer's environment with the ability to drive discussions with multiple teams from developers and analysts to management and senior leadership.
