QCT is offering a prime opportunity for a seasoned Sales Account Manager to join our team in Singapore.

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager with a growth mindset to help take our business and revenue to the next level. This person will be responsible for building the relationship and supporting our customers to solve their challenges with QCT’s products & solutions. He/She will also work closely with internal stakeholders across teams to ensure the business program is successfully delivered.

You must be passionate about cloud and data center technologies with a laser focus on the customers as a trusted advisor and driving sales from enterprises across different verticals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the sales revenue and meet sales target, identifies key accounts, and expand the sales pipeline in both public and private segments
• Identify and creates opportunities to expand business with clients in the areas such as HPC (High-Performance Computing), AI, Higher Education Research, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc
• Ensure financial goals are met through the product lifecycle in addition to meeting an annual financial goal
• Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, including the C- level for mid-to-large accounts by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry
• Anticipates technology and/or market trends and provides insights to the customer. Maintains knowledge of QCT’s Enterprise Solutions and competition to effectively address and dispel customer objections
• Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ability to multi-task and/or work on multiple sales accounts concurrently
• Establishing a trusted advisor relationship with customers by providing advice and guidance to the customer during all aspects of the engagement
• Prepare proposals and reports & responding to tender documents by collaborating with relevant functional teams
• Networking with new and existing accounts. Attends conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed
• Partner, collaborate and influence key internal stakeholders to ensure successful product strategy, design, delivery, and support

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in BS or BA degree in computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of related IT sales experience in cloud technology and/or data center solutions
• Familiar with enterprise and public sector accounts including government and/or Institute of Higher Learning in the areas of HPC & AI, is an advantage
• Strong familiarity with cloud solutions (servers, storage or networking switch) preferred
• Experience in working wth local and/or global SI (System Integrators) is preferred
• Experience as the primary account manager for enterprise customers working with multiple business units and influencing governance and policy is a plus
• Proven experience in running complex B2B sales cycle processes for large companies is an advantage
• Good understanding of the competitive environment for the target customers
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with experience and ability to interface with all levels of the organization
• Ability to clearly articulate business value to customers. Excellent presentation skills in front of all levels of the Customer Organization and C-Level audience

• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned jobs or targets.

· To design of machine software – machine process sequence programming and devices integration programming.

· To do conceptual and detailed software design, testing and debugging for machine vision, image processing, motion control and I/O interface.

· Design and implement innovations, creation & improvement of company software products to foreseen future challenges and sustainability.

We are seeking a highly experienced Information Security Technical Program Manager to lead our ISO 27001:2022 certification initiative. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the certification process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards.

5+ years of experience in Project Management, with 3+ years directly managing ISO 27001 certification or similar standards;

Strong knowledge of ISO 27001:2022 standards and requirements;

Experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including timelines and milestones;

Experience in managing ISO 27001-related risks and conducting internal/external audits;

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams (Technology, Compliance, Legal, HR, Operations) and external auditors;

ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification is highly preferred;

PMP, CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications are a plus;

• Lead the ISO 27001:2022 certification program from start to finish, developing project plans and tracking milestones to ensure alignment with organizational goals;
• Oversee the creation, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and documentation for ISO 27001 compliance;
• Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, Legal, HR, and other teams, acting as the primary contact for external auditors;
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards;
• Drive initiatives to enhance the organization’s security posture and stay updated on ISO 27001 changes;
• Develop training programs to increase ISO 27001 awareness across the organization;
• Provide regular updates on certification progress, risks, and the organization’s security posture.
