About the role

We are looking for a Design and Technical Surveyor to join our growing Asset Strategy and Delivery team. You work closely with the Design Manager providing specialist professional advice for the strategic management of PCH built assets.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

Has experience of working in, or considering a move into, a Pre-Construction role
Has experience working in construction, property or consultancy with demonstrable experience in construction/building site management.
Has experience preparing detailed/initial building survey reports, including recommendations and producing an outline scope of works for refurbishment/improvement projects.
Has experience of evaluating technical delivery reports/documentation.

As a Senior Application Coordinator / Analyst the post holder is responsible for: Assisting with the implementation, ongoing delivery, maintenance and quality improvement of the One Devon electronic patient record (EPR) system within a designated team. Working on several integrated clinical areas to ensure a coordinated approach across all teams and Trusts. Working with other configuration teams, and the wider One Devon organisations to analyse and suggest ways to improve current workflows and working practices through the enabling EPR. In conjunction with the One Devon Implementation team, facilitate agreement for changes in working practices with appropriate stakeholders. Matching agreed workflows and clinical pathways with those already built into Epics EPR system and/or configuring the Epic EPR system using configuration tools to tailor the system. A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Operative

As a Mobile Accuracy Checker, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering our customer store is accurate.

Job activities

• Audit the Inbound accuracy of multiple supplier deliveries at customer store level.
• Audit Picker accuracy of stock arriving at stores and fully investigate all errors found.
• Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
• Maintain integrity at all times.
• Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
• Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.

Job specifics

• Able to actively respond to both verbal instructions and audible warning devices
• The ability to communicate well, both written and verbally.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• You will be confident in their ability to add and subtract without the use of a calculator.
• Full Driving License and access to your own transport
• All work may require prolonged periods of standing and all employees will be required to kneel, bend and squat in order to access and work with low and ground level stock.

Mobile Maintenance Electrician

Are you an Electrician with commercial experience looking for localised testing and maintenance work across Plymouth & Cornwall?

Our client has over 25 years of experience within the building and facilities management industry and has some of the UK largest commercial clients. They can offer localised work, frequent overtime and additional training for those within the company.

You will be required to complete RCD testing, emergency lighting tests as well as pre-planned maintenance of power supplies and various other electrical systems within a major retail chain across Plymouth. You will additionally be responsible for attending breakdowns as part of a 24 hour call out covering the other stores across the Cornwall area.
