Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in leading roles within community engagement, volunteer management, donor relations, fundraising, or communications within a social service setting, OR substantial experience in business development, strategic communications, or marketing within a corporate environment, with a keen interest in social service.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical, planning, and people management skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation.
• A passion for the non-profit sector and commitment to the organisation’s mission.

Experience required

1. Product basics: IP, DWDM and OTN Network equipment experience and knowledge required.

§ Perform full elements of project implementation which includes:
