• Identify opportunities for service expansion, including the development and integration of innovative new offerings to meet evolving market demands.
• Support Sales with New Business acquisition of Services, and provides input to Marketing for Demand Generation activities
• Ensuring policies (e.g. ISO9001, ISP, HSE), practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders including warranty

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of vehicle technology, technical service business experience
• Experience in an After-sales service environment
• Understand the goals of the Division and the way in which he/she contributes towards the success of the region/subregion
• Familiar with quality assurance practices
