• End to end ownership of the Major Incident with the aim to minimize the time to restore the services.
• Establishing strong command and control of an Incident, establishing clear accountability and precise
evaluation of complex issue scenarios.
• Participation in all incident resolution calls to facilitate incident determination, recovery and resolution
• Timely incident recognition, logging, assignment and resolution (or bypass / temporary resolution where
permanent resolution within the allotted timeframe is not feasible) with proper documentation
• Incident progression co-ordination and monitoring of Incidents and potential areas through symptoms, trends
or deviations from standards
• Escalation of critical and unresolved Incidents to appropriate levels of management
• Ensure incident data is accurately captured and documented in the incident reporting tool.
• Post Incident activity to ensure highest levels of service quality and improving service levels through
identification of problem trends and causes which impact the delivery of production services.
• Ability to communicate well and manage highly stressful situations during the Incident.
• Problem Management: Experience in various problem-solving methods like five whys, Fish bone etc. End to
end ownership to initiate, track and the closure of problem tickets and the preventive actions.
• Participate in the standard Post-mortem (Root cause analysis) process to ensure no repeat of any technology
incidents with known root cause.
• Management reporting
• Effective and accurate incident reporting and assignment by using tools, which are customized and
implemented, where applicable. Work towards effective use of these automated solutions with other tools and
procedures within command center/ datacenter, in order to garner and present an accurate picture of the
incident situation, minimize adverse change impact, and facilitate the incident recognition and resolution
process.
• Work in co-operation with other Technology & Operations/Shared Infrastructure Services functions to help
maintain an acceptable audit rating.
• KPI Metrics and Reporting: Capture Incident timelines in ticketing tools, Incident Impact and Resolution
Duration and the associated KPIs.
• Audit Reporting: Data analysis, PowerPoint presentation, Regulatory reporting.
• Good knowledge on Macro, Excel, PowerPoint, Ticketing tools, Data analysis.
• Ensure compliance to Group Technology & Operations Policies and StandardsKey Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline required.
• ITIL certification is a must
• Experience: 8-10 years managing complex IT initiatives in a matrix environment or Operational Line
Managers experience is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral), with experience interacting with all levels of
management
• Experience in Application support, Knowledge on EOD Batch processing, Infrastructure (Storage, Network,
Unix/Linux etc), Web/Application/Middleware services, Good to know Payments flow

Responsibilities

· Work closely with UAT Team Lead to ensure requirements and scope are clearly understood.
· Conduct UAT testing for business deliverables including new markets or products, application decommissions, operational improvements, and industry-driven regulatory changes.
· Assist Test Lead to track UAT issues, and publish daily EOD test status.
· Perform end to end testing with full understanding of the Business Requirements and Functional Specs.
· Communicate to UAT Team Lead on open issues and defects, run book execution progress, and risks.
· Ensure UAT artifacts and sign-offs are saved as the UAT audit trail.
· Learn and master TOSCA tool which is a software testing tool used to design test cases and automate end to end testing
· Able to understand business requirements/functional requirements and translate them into test cases.
· Able to execute test scripts, raise defects in tracking system (e.g. Jira) and follow through on defect resolution
· Able to collaborate with business and technology team to Ensure effective end to end testing.

Requirements

· At least 1+ years of experience in performing UAT testing or Business Analyst
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal

· Has knowledge in at least on one of the following:
- Electronic Banking (e.g. internet banking),
- Channels Banking (e.g. File transfer service, SWIFTnet, SWIFT)

- Liquidity (e.g. Sweeping and Pooling)
- Statements (e.g. MT940, Camt)
- APIs
- Knowledge or have experience on Test Cases Automation will be an added advantage
- Certified Tosca Test Design Specialist or Automation Specialist will be an added advantage

We are looking for automation testers with minimum 3 - 5 years of experience focused on Selenium & Appium, Perfecto Scriptless Automation.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain and execute automated test cases in Selenium, Appium, Perfecto Scriptless Automation.

Provide guidance, training and mentoring to implement automation testing across the team.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of automation testing frameworks and test plans.

Identify, analyze and report defects in JIRA.

Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in automation scripting using tools such as Selenium, Appium (iOS and Android platforms).

Proven experience in creating and implementing test automation frameworks on cross browsers and cross device testing.

Experience in Selenium/Appium and Banking domain are added advantage.

Strong understanding of Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and data-driven testing in principle and in practice.

Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
