Executive Summary:

Recruitment Consultant is a crucial position for PERSOLKELLY as a service provider in HR solutions, especially our recruitment services. The position is required to provide top-tier recruitment consultancy to our clients, including but not limited to candidate search, employer branding, interview coordination, package negotiation and etc.

Job Description:

• Identify clients and foster positive & long-term relationships
• Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs
• Negotiate on contracts to bring in business opportunities
• Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates
• Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, job portals, and social media
• Evaluate resumes and applications
• Perform pre-interview screening with the candidates (phone screening & face-to-face interview)
• Create relationships with job seekers and provide consultation/advice
• Create leads and perform cold calling to prospective clients
• Achieve individual KPIs & sales target

Requirements/Qualification:

• Possess 1 - 2 years of experience in the HR/ Recruitment field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and sales-driven (willing to work in sales bounded role)
• Customer service and sales skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and multitask
• Confident and pleasant personality

•一般管理實務方面的經驗和能力以及提供有效的行政級別支援的能力。

•高度發達的人際溝通能力以及經過驗證的書面和口頭溝通技巧。

•良好的英語能力是擔任此職位的先決條件；需要表現出高水準的書面和口頭溝通技巧；精通國語和普通話。

•先前在公開上市環境的經驗將受到高度重視。
