As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer you will be part of a team producing the physical product definition to satisfy a set of multidisciplinary system functional requirements, taking account of safety, cost, manufacturing, in-service support and other considerations. You will be responsible for producing monthly P&L and balance sheets, accruals and prepayments and margin analysis. You will review the P&L with supporting commentary for financial and non-financial directors, with full balance sheet reconciliation. You will join a team of 7, with a mixture of qualified, part-qualified and trainees, providing you with an excellent opportunity to develop yourself and mentor others. This is a full-time position based in the office, working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role, you will have experience in producing manufacturing management accounts or have knowledge of this. Experience of working in a fast-paced and busy office environment is essential. You will be CIMA / ACCA Qualified or be working towards your financial qualification and have strong experience of working in a similar role previously.

The Role

• A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday
• You will be working as part of a team led by a Team Leader or Store Management. You will be able to work at a fast pace to an excellent standard for our retail partners.
• You will be required to carry out the following:

• Removing and replacing stock with the use of pictured diagrams
• Adjusting shelf heights
• Moving stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor
• Store support where necessary

Key Skills/ Experience Required

• Methodical approach and keen attention to detail.
• Manual handling and heavy lifting will be involved.
• Productive nature with ability to work to deadlines.
• Previous experience in retail desirable, although training will be provided
• Problem solving and a 'can do' attitude with willingness to learn on the job.
• Merchandising knowledge desirable, but not essential
• Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and during the night when required. As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over.
