Our client is looking to appoint an HR Administrator on a temporary basis for an initial period of approximately 4 weeks with the potential for longer term employment thereafter.

The successful applicant will be required to support the HR team with general Admin duties such as:

Filing confidential employee records.
Scanning documents.
Data entry.
Updating employee files.
Taking messages and delegating calls.
Post duties.

Person Specification:
Proactive self-starter who is resolution focused.
Personable, approachable and engaging with good communication skills.
Good attention to detail.
A Team Player who is willing to support where required within a busy HR Team.

The rate of pay is £12.75 hourly, working a 37.5 hour week Mon-Fri.

Our client is a well recognised branded award winning energy supplier in the U.K. selling energy to domestic consumers in your local area.
As such to help with their growth they are looking to expand their team of domestic energy advisors to sell door to door a range of products and services and give advice on energy saving and budgeting tips to all demographics and meter types.

You will be positive enthusiastic have a genuine concern for saving people money and giving them positive helpful advise and customer service to reduce their energy bills from a trusted household brand.

You will be experienced in customer facing field sales however some tele sales candidates may be considered

You will be employed direct for the client on a full time contract with all the benefits you would expect from a blue chip company.

Full initial and on going training will be provided along with all the tools you would need to do the job including branded uniform and tablet.

You will be well rewarded with a basic pay of £419.00 per week plus on target commissions of over £680.00 per week completely uncapped

Car not essential depending on experience and location.

What we need from you

Reporting to our Project Manager of our North Scotland Region, you will delivery successful and safe execution of part or all of a project depending on size, requiring planning and programming capability. Our Senior Site Engineers carry out setting out duties accurately and on time, as well as the general management and co-ordination of digital engineering information.

You will need to be able to provide or obtain the right to work in the UK
You will need to be able to drive and provide or obtain a full UK Driving Licence.
Are you an experienced construction Site Engineer or looking for the next step into construction engineering and can demonstrate site management support?
You will have a qualification or the skills and experience at SCQF Level 8/9, 10 (e.g., HND, Degree level)
Be able to work on multiple projects at various stages at any one time without the need for close supervision.
Be able to carry out Land survey and mapping tasks including production of drawings.
Ensures quality control requirements are met and recorded in accordance with specification
Have a diligent approach to the preparation of information to customers and to the checking of information provided by others
Preferably, you will have previous experience construction methods, health and safety, and legal regulations.

Our Senior Site Managers manage the site and ensure adherence to all policies, procedures and standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme in support of our Perfect Delivery philosophy.

You will need to be able to provide or obtain the right to work in the UK
You will need to be able to drive and provide or obtain a full UK Driving Licence.
Are you an experienced construction Senior Site Manager or looking for the next step into senior construction site management

Preferably, you will be CIOB accredited.

Our client is looking to appoint an Administration Assistant, initially on a temporary basis for approximately 4-6 weeks. This is a full time role, Monday – Friday and duties include:

Providing varied administration support within a busy HR Department.
Updating and maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
Covering telephone calls, taking messages and delegating calls.
Opening and distributing mail.
Scanning and filing.
Checking and updating employee Right to Work checks and VISA records.
Chasing up incomplete records.
Supporting additional staff where necessary with a range of administrative duties.

Person specification
Previous administration experience preferred.
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly and efficiently.
Strong IT skills including MS Office.
Reliable and dedicated with a strong work ethic.
