The primary purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive recruitment and placement services for assigned organizations AF wide. Position is also responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of guidance, policy, and procedures for the Air Force Personnel Center.

Duties

• Performs a wide variety of tasks pertaining to rules, regulations, and guidelines in Human Resources Military.
• Processes separations and retirements for service members.
• Determines the method of fulfillment of US Army Reserve contractual obligations and the unit of assignment.
• Computes leave balances and determines the amounts of leave not used in order to ensure that soldiers are monetarily reimbursed for any leave not used or previously sold.
• Provides information to service members and survivors on separations, retirement, benefits, and entitlements.
• Conducts individual and group interviews to retiring, separating personnel, and family members.
• Authenticates documents and forms applicable to the specific type of separation or retirement.
• Prepares required casualty reports to DA Casualty and concerned commands/ units/organizations.
• Prepares and briefs at various Commander and Senior Leadership Courses.
• Receives, screens and prepares incoming records for review with newly assigned service members.
• Prepares MPRJ's, Personnel Qualification Records, Enlisted Records Briefs, Officer Records Briefs, and military correspondence using discretion in selecting proper actions.
• Enforces policies pertaining to military, civilian, dependents, and contractors ID cards.
• Produces work in an accurate and efficient manner using several types of software for various office needs.
• Drafts and prepares letters, endorsements, messages, and other written communications concerning the mission of the Transition Center.

1. Program Administrator and Subject Matter Expert Air Force wide for Force Renewal EMR program.

2. Conducts and/or leads studies and/or initiatives to improve programs and/or influence policy changes for assigned functional areas that typically involve long-range, highly complex, and often sensitive topics.

3. Provides advisory services to managers, supervisors, and employees on the Force Renewal EMR program.

4. Establishes and maintains constructive working relationships with DoD, MAJCOM, Installation, Career Field Staff, and Force Renewal Program participants.

3. Represents 82 MSS/DPMAR with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
4. Provides technical guidance, information; and assistance for a variety of Personnel Relocation programs such as retirements/separations, complaints, active duty service commitments, transaction register, outbound assignments, and safety.
5. Maintains an internal self-evaluation program designed to comply with Air Force directives governing the personnel programs administered by the Relocations Element.

• Serve as a customer service representative for Brooke Army Medical Center assisting service members throughout the Medical Center with finance related matters.
• Perform a variety of administrative, clerical, and office automation duties in support of the military personnel branch operations.
• Serve as the finance liaison between the Brooke Army Medical Center Troop Commander, seven separate company sized units and the Installation Finance and Accounting Office.
• Utilize several military personnel database systems to update, maintain, and manipulate information.
• Manage the government travel card training program to ensure dissemination of information about changes to the system are implemented.

• Serves as the base authority concerning voluntary and involuntary separation actions
• Serves as technical advisor to wing, group and squadron commanders
• Counsels officer and enlisted personnel
• Leads one civilian employee working at a level equivalent to GS-0203-06 Human Resources Assistant (Military/ OA) and four civilian employees working at a level equivalent to GS-0203-05 Human Resources Assistant (Military/QA) in the administration of the separation and retirement programs
• Establishes and maintains database to track final separation actions

You will serve as a clinical diagnostic radiologist. You will provide interpretive and patient care services within the scope of a clinical diagnostic radiologist and will have responsibilities in other areas such as education. You must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide all applicable diagnostic imaging services. May perform non- endovascular procedures if qualified and privileged to do so. Must possess sufficient computer skills necessary to work with advanced electronic medical record, PACS and voice recognition systems. The majority of the time will be devoted to clinical care with sufficient time for administrative duties as assigned by the Chief, Imaging Service.

Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
