Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Team Leader to join their client's team, based in either Willand or Truro. As a team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Insurance Advisors who work in the field. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of business strategy, brand, objectives, and priorities, as well as exceptional skills in sales, negotiation, organisation, and planning.

In this role, you will use your excellent mentoring and coaching skills to support and develop your team. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring targets, providing feedback and support to team members, and motivating them to achieve their full potential. The Role:
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest quality standards for our products. Reporting to the Compliance Officer and working closely with the Production Manager, your responsibilities will include monitoring, measuring, assessing and reporting on raw materials and production outcomes. You will help ensure that our processes run smoothly and address any issues that arise with actionable solutions.
