We are recruiting for qualified Vehicle Technicians for our clients Dealership in the Redditch area

Vehicle Technician role:

• All levels of technical works; from general servicing and repairs to diagnostics.
• Complete vehicle repairs to a high standard, adhere to manufacturer procedures and processes, become part of a team and mainly bring a high attention to detail.
• General maintenance & repairs.
• Complete the work on the systems and occasionally videos for customers

Requirements Vehicle Technician

• Ideally we are looking for a fully qualified Vehicle Technician with a level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & repair however we will consider someone with a level 2 in vehicle maintenance with strong technical knowledge. If you are a time served Vehicle Technician then we can discuss options.
• Must hold a Full UK driving licence

Hays are currently working with a large national company based in Redditch, who are looking to appoint an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team. This role is a maternity cover position and may turn into a permanent role as the business and team are growing.

Your new role

The Accounts Payable Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day to day tasks within the accounts payable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining relationships, and supervising a team of accounts payable clerks. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties will include:

• Supervise and assist the accounts payable team, ensuring daily tasks are completed.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Maintain and update vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Review payment runs, ensuring proper authorisation and documentation is obtained.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices.
• Prepare and analyse accounts payable reports and metrics.

Your new company
You will be joining an exciting, fast-paced and established business in Redditch, for a new role working in the back office function. This is a temporary role that offers the potential to join them on a permanent basis.

Your new role
This is a specialist administration position where your main duty will be managing timesheet data. This is a critical role in the business, where there are over 400 employees across multiple sites, working with the HR function.
Key duties include:

• Ensure timely data entry and calculation of weekly timesheets in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Review the submission of timesheets to ensure valid data transfer for everyone.
• Liaise with managers and wider team with timesheet queries.
• Answering incoming calls and actioning various inboxes.
• Maintain relevant records and ensure information is up-to-date.
• Set-up new starters on company systems and verify right to work checks.

The role is working full-time in the office, on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience working in administration and with data entry is ideal for the role, as well as confidence working in a fast-paced and demanding business. The role can bring pressure, being able to work well with this and tight timelines will be critical. Communication skills, both verbal and written, are key, as well as outstanding attention to detail and being confident working with high volumes of data and sometimes repetitive tasks. IT literacy is important and, ideally, you will have used Excel before.
