目前，他們正在尋求招募更多人員加入現有的客戶忠誠度計畫團隊，該團隊將設在八打靈再也第 51 區的公司辦公室。

這是一個全職永久職位，工作時間為週一至週五上午 9 點至下午 6 點。

關於工作角色

身為忠誠度計畫管理主管，您將管理銀行和金融機構內各種忠誠度計畫的客戶服務。該職位負責支援馬來西亞各銀行機構的忠誠度計劃。

這個職位節奏很快。作為忠誠度計劃管理員，您將管理客戶忠誠度計劃中的組合權利和獎勵。

您的角色將透過提供有關透過忠誠度計劃獲得的權利和獎勵的準確信息，及時參與客戶互動。您的重要職責還包括管理、訂購和採購以及向客戶提供獎勵。

要求：候選人簡介

我們正在尋找馬來西亞人來承擔這一以客戶為中心的角色。理想情況下，她應具備任何學習領域的最低文憑資格，並具有較強的溝通能力、能說流利的英語和國語。那些能說中文/普通話的人將是擔任這一職位的額外優勢。

理想情況下，我們正在尋找具有可靠的忠誠度計劃經驗的候選人，最好是在銀行或金融環境中。

要考慮擔任此職位，候選人應具有與客戶服務、電話行銷、呼叫中心或類似性質的職位相關的工作經驗。

該職位的候選人必須願意在支持性的團隊環境中工作，並且能夠在壓力下快速且準確地工作。

她必須具備電腦知識，能夠使用 MS Office 和互聯網應用程式技能。

Introduction

Chrisjac is an established recruitment firm,servicing corporate clients in Malaysia for three decades in staffing industry. As part of providing value-added recruitment services, Chrisjac is currently seeking capable and suitable Malaysians to fill several administrative support roles within the Klang Valley, i.e Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur and Bandar Bukit Jalil areas. Our clients are engaged in different business activities/industries such as international logistics, loyalty program services and business services.

About the job/Role

The vacancies available are full-time permanent positions. 

The role is primarily office based where the incumbents (job holders) will be responsible for providing administrative support role to the overall business operation activities. The role is challenging as you will handle a variety of responsibilities ranging from generating documents to attending to customer requests. The job would suite a matured outgoing person who enjoys a highly diverse work environment, can easily handle a variety and wide range of office activities.

Requirements/Candidate profile

The successful candidates should fulfil the following criteria/requirements:

*Malaysians who are energetic and enthusiastic person age between 23 to 40.

*Possess minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.

*Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially able to communication in fluent English; plus conversant in BM and Mandarin.

*Intermediate computer skills,including MS Office and Internets applications.

• • Responsible for full spectrum of Recruitment (to advertise, shortlist, employment processing and onboarding procedures)
  • Screen and shortlist applicants from different channels of jobs portal, perform suitable job match for potential applicants.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open vacancy
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and new techniques for hiring plan.
  • Measure data source of hire and lead time-to-fill for each positions
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience with sourcing candidate techniques, familiar with hiring platform.
  • Minimum 2 years related experience in related field
  • Good knowledge in Employment Act.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision, positive attitude.
