Customer Service Advisor
Nottingham, NG15
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Hours: 8am - 4pm one week, 9am - 5pm the next, on rotation
- Starting salary from £22,800 per annum

Your Mission as Customer Service Advisor:
- Be the First Point of Contact: Handle incoming product and service requests with care and efficiency.
- Master Our Innovative Platform: With our training and coaching, dive deep into our custom-built IT platform and internal processes to become an expert in the technology that sets us apart.
- Drive Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high productivity levels and ensure our customers are not just satisfied but delighted with the service they receive.
- Communicate with Impact: Use your excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to build strong relationships with our customers and internal teams.
