Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and administrative systems including the database and sign in app supported by the Luton and Bedford Admin Support team members. Be accessible and offer support to all volunteers as needed in an open and friendly manner, and proactively engaging with them on a regular basis. They are the caterer of choice to many leading airlines, so in your role you will be impacting not just the airlines, but their customers as well. Your role in the warehouse will be to keep the bar and trolleys stocked with goods, food and drinks for people to purchase on their flights. You will be working in their dynamic logistics centre, checking quantity and quality of stock before sealing carts to strict specifications, working to tight deadlines.

Pay: £10.42

Shifts: times vary and must be able to do any and all shifts required, these are on a rota basis and can not choose what shifts you want, as all shifts must be covered

Requirements:

- Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work

- Over 18 as you will be working with alcohol

- Able to work to tight deadlines, as part of a team

- Basic numerical and checking skills

- This role requires some heavy lifting, so you must be prepared for this

- You will need to undertake a DBS check, but don't worry, we will help you every step of the way!

Responsibilities

- Stock trolleys with food and drink for people to purchase during their journey

- Packing food items into carts

- Checking quality and quantity of stock

- Re-filling trolleys in accordance to colour coded systems

- Stripping down bars and duty-free trolleys from returning flights, checking returns against inventory

The Role

• A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday
• You will be working as part of a team led by a Team Leader or Store Management. You will be able to work at a fast pace to an excellent standard for our retail partners.
• You will be required to carry out the following:

• Removing and replacing stock with the use of pictured diagrams
• Adjusting shelf heights
• Moving stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor
• Store support where necessary

Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights). Access to available assignments will be on your smartphone via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts. Key Skills/ Experience Required

• Methodical approach and keen attention to detail.
