Your new role
This Sales Support Coordinator (6 Months FTC) job involves delivering second-to-none customer service for my client's customers, dealing with a wide range of day-to-day queries around orders, products and returns. You will have the opportunity to work with our skilled and professional sales team, to build good relationships with our customers and liaise with manufacturers, warehousing and logistics. The duties will be varied and include but not limited to:

• Process customer orders accurately, within 24 hours SLA.
• Monitor sales orders to ensure delivery deadlines are met, communicating any delays to the customer.
• Progress forward orders/back orders by monitoring stock available and completing purchase orders.
• Resolve customer queries and issues.
• Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery schedules.

• Prior customer service experience is essential.

Financial Systems Administrator - Are you ready to advance your career with a global leader in logistics? If so, we are looking for a Financial Systems Administrator to join our team in Ipswich, Suffolk!

Your role:

As the Financial Systems Administrator, your focus will be on offering day-to-day support for our financial systems, acting as the primary problem solver for users and interfaces, and providing crucial assistance to both internal and external users of our Supplier Gateway web portal.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide unwavering support to users of our accounting, invoicing, purchase ordering, and reporting systems.

- Assist internal staff and external hauliers with the Supplier Gateway web portal system.

- Create and maintain supplier and customer accounts within our system.

- Ensure daily clearance of interface error report entries and actively engage with users and IT to resolve issues.

- Regularly review and maintain user access for Unit4 Financials.

- Collaborate with the IT department for technical support and problem resolution.

- Manage data quality on our systems, ensuring accuracy in detail such as bank information.

About you:

You should have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Experience with Unit4 Financials and knowledge of the haulage/transport sector would both be desirable. You'll need a keen eye for detail, a logical approach to problem-solving, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to liaise with diverse teams and clients. Additional language skills (French, German, or Dutch) would be an advantage.
