Your new role
Responsibilities as NEC4 Supervisor Collaborating within an integrated delivery team, your responsibilities will include:

HRGO recruitment are currently recruiting a Finance Assistant for our client based in St Asaph. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, dynamic finance professional with at least 12 months experience within a finance department. Previous manufacturing exposure is desirable.  

Skills and requirements: 

• Invoice management: loading purchase invoices accurately, raising and processing sales invoices

• Monitoring and managing accounts email inbox

• Handling and resolving finance-related queries from internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

• Assisting with preparation of financial reports and documentation as required.

• Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects to ensure smooth operations

• Collaborating with other departments to improve processes and resolve issues.

• Adherence to all Company policies, management systems and standard operational procedures, including legal responsibilities in relation to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality.

• Working positively to develop and foster good working relationships with colleagues and contracted personnel to maintain a culture of mutual respect and dignity

Your new role
This Sales Support Coordinator (6 Months FTC) job involves delivering second-to-none customer service for my client's customers, dealing with a wide range of day-to-day queries around orders, products and returns. You will have the opportunity to work with our skilled and professional sales team, to build good relationships with our customers and liaise with manufacturers, warehousing and logistics. The duties will be varied and include but not limited to:

• Process customer orders accurately, within 24 hours SLA.
• Monitor sales orders to ensure delivery deadlines are met, communicating any delays to the customer.
• Progress forward orders/back orders by monitoring stock available and completing purchase orders.
• Resolve customer queries and issues.
• Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery schedules.
