This international Operations Management company are now seeking a Finance Manager to become a key part of their team based in Ross-on-Wye.

You will be reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, and you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and training of a small 4-person team in the delivering efficient and effective financial support to Operations and the broader group. In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for senior management across operational and support functions based in the UK. As our Aluminium & Glazing Project Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing and executing glazing projects from inception to completion. This hands-on role blends technical expertise with leadership, requiring you to ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

This full-time position encompasses all aspects of glass & aluminium in both commercial and residential including skylights, commercial fitouts, windows & doors and lots more.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project Oversight: Manage the planning, coordination, and
execution of glazing projects, ensuring they meet quality
standards and deadlines, and remain within budget.
* Hands-On Involvement: Engage directly in on-site activities,
including installation and quality control, using your technical
skills and glazing tools.
*. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of glaziers and
subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and efficient work
environment.
*. Client Relations: Maintain strong communication with clients,
providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring
satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
* Trade Certification: Qualified as a glazier, shopfitter, or
carpenter.

*. Experience: At least 5 years of experience working with glass
and aluminium, including fabrication, with a thorough
understanding of aluminium extrusions.
