We are seeking an EXPERIENCED SENIOR HR ADMINISTRATOR to join our Business and Admin team. Under the lead of our Director of HR, the Senior HR Administrator will provide administrative support on site within the HR team and also draw on sound employment law knowledge and empathy with others to support the wellbeing of our 250 staff.
This is a 52 week post and working during the school holiday periods is required. Hours of work, 8.30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday (with ½ hour unpaid break each day). This is an onsite role. The purpose of this Senior HR Administrator role will be to provide administrative support in all aspects of the HR function, taking the lead with key focus areas, including providing personal assistance to the Director of HR, diarising meetings, note taking and meeting with external visitors in her absence as required.
