Your new role
As an experienced recruiter looking to work in this important and interesting sector, you'll be working alongside a strong Technical team, and be responsible for developing the North Queensland Sustainability market. With strong growth potential across environmental, resources and heavy industry, you will be able to leverage off strong, existing relationships in the market to drive your success.
You'll be a specialist consultant and partner with a range of clients including engineering consultancies, small specialist consultancies as well as Public Sector and heavy industry. Recruiting for a variety of technical white-collar positions, you will be highly organised and outcome focused with a passion for the green jobs of the future and our collective global goal to reach net zero carbon emissions.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll already be a recruitment expert interested in Sustainability and who values their candidate and client relationships, takes the time to build a personal brand, we are seeking a well organised individual with a great attitude and work ethic to join our successful team. You'll be:
Highly motivated and driven with agency recruitment experience
Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers
Proud of your strong track record exceeding targets
Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those your encounter
Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues
Adaptable and agile, able to constantly seek new opportunities in the market
