This role will support an integrated, value-based approach to human resources management, aligned to annual and long-term strategic business and HR initiatives in a large organization. She/he will be a strategic partner with the business, to nurture an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.

The incumbent will provide a range of HR services to the company and business units, with partnership with Centres of Excellence in HR, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, talent development and people services.

• Provide HR insights and advice to the business on all people related issues and initiatives

• Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
• Develop positive working relationships with people through strong inter-personal skills.

Join us as our new Human Resource Executive

We are looking for experienced Human Resource Executive to join our Human Resources Team; a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees.

As the Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for providing best practice and advice and managing HR/ER/IR matters as they arise for our Singapore and Philippines office with extended support for our Indonesia and South Korea office. Ideally with 3-5 years' experience of working in HR, you will also lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, candidate selection, and offer management, whilst also ensuring company HR policies are compliant with labour laws and regulations.

• Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources and Employment related field, or similar.
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant and recent work experience ideally in the Resource Energy sector
• Strong knowledge of employment laws in Singapore (essential) & Philippines (highly regarded), HR practices, and compliance requirements.
• Highly confident, self-motivated, self-disciplined person with sound management and organisational skills
• The ability to perform, professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Essential Functions

1. Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

2. Assist in developing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

3. Monitor and manage employee performance evaluations, career development, and training programs.

4. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure smooth enrolment and communication of these programs to employees.

5. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support a positive organizational culture.

6. Handle employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts as necessary.

• Provide support to F&B Manager in overseeing the daily setup and closing of all the kiosks/kitchens
