The People Team is responsible for the development and implementation of the People Strategy providing the organisation with structure and the ability to meet its objectives through the effective management of its people. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, analytics and performance management. You will lead and manage the HR Information System (Dynamics), reporting HR analytics and trends. Strong collaboration with different departments will be vital to understanding and addressing the unique HR needs of each team. You will also support the Head of People in delivering projects as part of the HR team plan.

What you will do:

Take a business partnering approach, advising managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, wellbeing, performance management, pay and reward and employee engagement
Develop a good understanding of business operations and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to effectively deliver solutions that enhance business performance
Provide expert and proactive HR support to heads of service, line managers and colleagues ensuring a positive experience at every stage of employment
Provide guidance to colleagues in managing and resolving employee relations issues early on and seek team support for more complex cases
Coach managers to conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
Oversee onboarding to ensure all new colleagues have a positive experience from the People Team
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates, working with legal partners as required and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance or training to line management (e.g. coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
Produce, analyse and effectively report HR data, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement
Provide expert HR guidance and project management support on complex casework, restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
Collaborate with suppliers to modify and optimise HR systems, improving administrative efficiency and self-service.
Manage systems supplier contracts on a regular basis to ensure service provided is as set out in the contract
Ensure new colleagues have training and guidance in using HR systems
Develop and update HR policies to align with current legislation and staying informed about modern procedures and best practices.


Proactively identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience


Owning, consulting and delivering on a variety of HR projects and initiatives as part of the team plan.
Support the HR Administrator with monthly payroll actions as required

You will need to have:

CIPD Level 5 qualified with a minimum of 3 years generalist HR experience
Solid experience working in a Senior HR Advisor or HR Generalist capacity
Experience in all HR disciplines with a strong grasp of employment law working proactively towards effective resolutions
Experience of acting as a trusted adviser or business partner to stakeholders at all levels
Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritise tasks and make sound business decisions
Experience of managing HR systems and producing HR data reports
Ability to work on own initiative and comfortable with managing high volumes of transactional work
Excellent communication skills and highly proficient in Microsoft suite of products

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to identify development opportunities, provide 1:1 coaching, and build high-performing teams
• Lead and deliver on a range of strategic HR initiatives that align with our business goals
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and best practices across the business
• Advise on Employee Relations, TUPE, and complex HR issues, offering expert guidance and mitigating risks
• Lead initiatives that promote our company values, fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Develop and lead onshore and offshore HR teams, empowering them to deliver top-tier service to the business

What You'll Bring:

• Strong background in HR or a related field, with experience influencing senior management and critical stakeholders
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations, TUPE, and recruitment, with comprehensive knowledge of Employment Law
• Consultative, solution-oriented mindset, adept at managing multiple priorities and driving business change
• Passion for leadership development, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
• BA (Hons) Degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is desirable
• Proven experience in a senior HR role, with expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with a strategic approach and proficiency in HR systems

Your new role
As a Senior Client Accountant you will:

• Prepare budget packs with the property managers & other key stakeholders across the business
• Prepare year-end service charge accounts
• Prepare year-end audit packs
• Prepare client reporting packs
• Reconcile all the bank accounts
• Utilise QUBE software

What you'll need to succeed

• High-end / luxury residential property experience beneficial
• Experience in service charge accounting
• Supervisory experience beneficial
• QUBE experience beneficial

You will be part of an incredibly high performing & lean Execution Management System team of 6/7 people, managing the EMS for the whole business globally.

- Analyse complex business issues and create clean, scalable solutions.
- Build strong relationships with buy-side trading end users.
