We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Assistant, to support the administration of the full recruitment lifecycle; from arranging interviews with candidates to ensuring they have a positive onboarding experience. What will you be doing:
Provide high-quality administrative support to the Recruitment Team across a variety of projects
Management of the full interview lifecycle, including but not limited to; arranging interview rooms and suitable panels, interview invites, rescheduling interviews, liaising with agencies, chasing attendance, core values and assessments
Ensuring Recruitment IT systems are kept up to date to ensure a streamlined process for internal and external stakeholders
Keep interview and new starter trackers up to date with accurate information for the recruitment and wider HR team
Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation
Support in the creation of adverts and recruitment campaigns
Take an active role in ensuring all new starters are properly inducted and supported upon joining the company
Comply with all relevant recruitment and employment legislation, dealing with confidential, sensitive information
Support the Recruitment Team with employer branding initiatives, including social media platforms, company website, referrals scheme and internal brand awareness
Arranging hospitality, room layout and equipment for participants attending workshops and events, booking rooms/venues, printing and distributing materials and ensuring required equipment is available and in working order for the efficient running of all relevant events
What we’re looking for:
Demonstrable experience within an in-house recruitment administration and/or resourcing role, ideally within the technology industry
Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, CV Databases, etc., would be highly advantageous
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, ideally Reach
A team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
The ability to work and communicate with a diverse range of people
Highly organised, systematic, flexible, and adaptable to changing needs
Ability to think creatively and innovatively about how to do things better
Have a high level of attention to detail
Comfortable with working in an environment of change, with a flexible approach to new challenges
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understand the importance of absolute confidentiality and discretion
Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel
