Complete and maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in the client's condition
Liaise with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Requirements
Minimum of 6 months experience as a Support Worker/Health Care Assistant, preferably in a home care setting
Knowledge of safe and effective personal care techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide emotional support and empathy to clients and their families
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a home care environment
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

End Time: 20:00
Pay Per Hour: £26.89
Location: Poole, Dorset
