Your new role
This is a newly created Administration Assistant working as part of a lean reception/facilities team. This will be a varied and client-facing job, supporting the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis. Duties include but not limited to:

• General office administration
• Reception cover, post, call handling and receiving deliveries
• Scanning, facilities support and health & safety administration
• Preparing refreshments for client meetings
• Client administration including updating client contacts database and creating client forms
• Preparing engagement letters and completing relevant paperwork

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will need to be:

• Well presented and present well when dealing with clients
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
• Previous office administration or reception experience (minimum of one year recent experience)
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to manage your own workloads and work as part of a small and busy team

Salary: £11.55ph + £1.39 holiday pay = £12.94 + £15 shift bonus when taking 1 passenger

Retail & Asset Solutions are currently seeking motivated, professional and flexible individuals to complete stock counts for well-known retailers, on a casual contract-basis across the UK. As an Independent Retail Stock Counter, you will be required to:

The Role

• We are looking for Retail Stock Assistant / Car Share Driver to add to our already successful team as part of a car share team.
• Work will be carried out on different Retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. Sunday to Thursday
• You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
• Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock

Key Skills/ Experience Required

• Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night when required. As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over
• You must have a full Driving License or be able to make your own way to and from sites using public transport.
• You must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
• With our innovative business, the technology changes and therefore being a quick learner is a key skill required.
• Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.

Your new role
My client is recruiting for an Emergency Services Centre Assistant (6 Months Fixed Term Contract), joining a professional team working in a busy centre. You will be supporting a management team, dealing with customers, internal teams as well as external agencies on a daily basis. Duties include but not limited to:

• Support working with external organisations, maintaining links, and facilitating joint work.
• Provide admin support and assist with specialist projects, data provision, information gathering and consultation processes.
• Undertake financial processing activities and ensure accurate and effective financial record keeping for the service.
  Monitor and maintain all budgetary, financial and auditing systems.
• Responsible for controlling, amending, maintaining, and reviewing a variety of manual and computerised records, data and filing systems to ensure that all customer information is accurate, current, and available as required.
• Support to prepare and distribute publicity and promotional materials, book venues, arrange catering, prepare agendas, and take minutes at various meetings.
• To carry out clerical support functions on behalf of the team, including letter writing, arranging appointments/meetings, and producing reports as required.
  Maintain the daily rota for Responders and Officers and arranging cover for sickness and annual leave.
• Ensure stock levels for equipment, CCTV media and stationery are maintained, and faulty equipment is collected.

• Admin and project admin experience is essential.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organised and with great attention to detail.
• Strong administration skills and great IT skills.
