About the role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role will support the HR Manager  across various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to document management and event planning. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will drive recruitment activities for the air-con department and working together with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and  

Job Description:  

• Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes – from job intake meetings, postings, sourcing, screening candidates, interview arrangements, negotiation, offer management and applying for work permits for selected candidates for shortlisted candidates. 
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract skilled candidates. 
• Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, priorities and deliver in speed and quality of hiring. 
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to blue-collar hiring. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, providing regular reports and insights to the HR leadership team. 
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
