Global Payments is looking for a paid Human Resources Intern to participate in a 10-week, rotational summer internship program. The Global Payments HR Intern will rotate through the HR Centers of Expertise that may include Benefits, Compensation, HR Information Systems, Payroll, and Shared Services. The HR Intern will work closely with HR Leads on various project work focused on improving business effectiveness. As you “Immerse Yourself Into The World of Payments”, training and development opportunities will be offered to build knowledge, skills, and abilities.
What will the summer rotational program include?
Be a part of a FinTech intern network within Global Payments, where you will have the opportunity to leverage your fresh perspective and innovative ideas as well as build your career path in the payments industry.
Partner with HR Leads on project work in each rotational area of HR, which will directly impact the team member experience.
Assist with day-to-day HR activities for each rotational area to:
Experience authentic HR responsibilities and demands to inform your future career area of interest
Deliver meaningful contributions to the HR team and Global Payments team members
Engage with HR experts and professionals to grow your network
Participate in training and development opportunities to build knowledge, skills and abilities as a future HR practitioner.
Knowledge and Skill Required
Advanced PC skills with proficiency in Google Workspace preferred, or MS Office including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
