THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and Hiring Managers in a timely manner.
• Work on optimisation of recruiting processes and practices— you will run point on improving the recruiting experience in areas relating to your expertise and interest.
• Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements.
• Manage Globant’s Applicant Tracking System; this includes candidate maintenance, scheduling interviews, monitoring interviewer feedback, initiating the offer process, etc.
• Source passive talent for current open roles and build talent pipelines for future challenging, hard to close recurring roles across the APAC.
• Research various talent markets, identifying talent demographics/shifts.

This role primarily provides support to the Total Rewards (TR) Department in the implementation and maintenance of compensation programs and related systems. Such programs include annual compensation planning and base pay program, bonus and other incentive plans, job evaluations, market pricing, ad hoc salary analysis, salary structure development and analytics and salary survey participation.

• Supports in performing assigned compensation activities and ensure compliance based on standard operating processes, SLA, KPIs, and relevant policies. 
• Performs audits of HR data such as compensation and rewards
• Participates in assigned activities relevant to annual salary surveys and various ad-hoc compensation requests as needed.
• Provides administrative and maintenance support related to Workday and other relevant HR systems
• Gathers information and documentation to assist in resolving straight forward issues within the assigned process
• Perform communication maintenance activities and monitors the tools relevant to Compensation Team such as email inbox, ticketing software, and other relevant HR tools.
• Prepares, submits, tracks and audits requests received through various platforms such as email inbox and ticketing tool
• Generates regular reports related to transactions such as volume, types, and status
• Maintains current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required
• Assists in day-to-day transactions under Stock Plan administration
• Monitors comprehensive list of LTI awards in various parts of the business
• May assist with department initiatives and projects by performing advanced research and/or analysis. Advance approval is required when there are financial implications.
• Escalate and analyze identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
• Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
• Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.
• Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues.
• Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as requested or assigned

The HR Assistant works with Senior HR Business Partner and is responsible for HR operations assistance to the dedicated client group. The HR Assistant provides general administrative support and HR advice within HR remit. The HR Administrator’s responsibilities include Tier 1 and Tier 2 tasks.

• Complete WD processes, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, and job changes.
• Oversee probation period process and documentation.
• Manage contingent workers hiring process.
• Manage onboarding processes, including document preparation, background checks management, vevo checks, and communication with IT, operations team and hiring managers.
• Manage employee records, including WD and employee files.
• Assist with recruitment processes, such as job advertisement, and resume reviews.
• Assist with invoices administration.
• Assist with recruitment agency communication.
• Support preparation of HR reports.
• Assist with WD projects- system improvement.
• Assist with payroll activities and oversee ADP employee set up.
• Provide guidance to the managers regarding HR and WD processes.
• Assist with preparation of HR communication, including HR updates.
• Assist with HR records management.
• Prepare HR letters.
• Assist with L&D processes, such as planning, reviewing and recording L&D activities.
• Work with Senior HR Business Partner on HR projects.

• Assist with benefits management.
• Conduct general duties associated with day to day underwriting operations.
• Be proactive in improving processes and communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
