The Talent Acquisition Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration, troubleshooting operational issues, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders. The primary focus of this position will support the onboarding process, address daily operation issues, coordinate with our various partners, and collaborate with the Robotics Automation Processing team to optimize workflow efficiency all while safeguarding DaVita policies and remaining compliant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth integration of processes and systems, including but not limited to troubleshooting any daily operational issues related to drug and background integration during the onboarding process
- Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment on projects or processes that may impact workflow
- Proactively engage stakeholders to address concerns and facilitate understanding of changes or updates
- Collaborate with the Robotics Automation Processing (RPA) team to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Monitor and address any issues related to BOTs, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations
- Provide support and guidance to the Welcome Wagon team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively onboard new staff and facilities
- Develop and update job aids, training materials, and documentation to support the Welcome Wagon team
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the onboarding process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive efficiencies
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure updates in WorkDay are seamlessly integrated and do not disrupt functionality upon go-live
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of total work experience
- Demonstrated Excel proficiency (advanced), with ability to find averages, create pivot tables, graphs & identify trends in data
- Project management, Talent management, and HRIS experience a plus

Salary/ Wage Range
$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
