The Position:
We are looking for a Regional HR Executive to be based in Singapore. You will be responsible for supporting the regional HR team for full spectrum HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, HRIS, HR communication, policy and procedures setting, etc. You will be mainly assisting the HR Associate Director for the APAC region in key HR support functions.
Job Responsibilities:
Internal Communications and Employer Branding
- Oversee the consolidation, writing, and distribution of our monthly newsletter
- Assist with planning and promotion of events
- Creating and designing communication media (e.g., webinars, goal setting): presentations, posters, flyers
- Ensure that our internal and external collaterals contain consistent Havas branding
Talent Acquisition:
- Assist with recruitment for all APAC positions (screening resumes, contacting candidates, and arranging interviews)
- Management of advertisements on job boards and career pages
- Recruitment cost tracking
HR Operations, Projects and Reporting:
- Update monthly HR report on topics such as compliance training, new hires, and exits
- Provide administrative support to regional HR tasks
- Assist in regional HR inquiries by providing relevant data
- Coordinate HR projects and follow up on action items to ensure deliverables are on track
- Support the roll-out of HR initiatives and participate in other regional HR projects
- Contribute to process improvement and system optimization
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources
- Confident, driven, and excellent interpersonal skills
- A broad range of communication skills evidenced by good writing, verbal presentation, and social media
- Strong problem-solving skills with a desire to excel and eagerness to learn
- Good team player and able to work independently with a positive attitude
- Familiar with MS Office 365 Suite such as Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, etc.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
