An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor at Barts Health NHS Trust.

You will be based within the Estates and Facilities team and will primarily provide HR advisory support to the non-emergency patient transport service.. You will be the first point of contact for managers and staff with queries therefore you must have experience of confidently providing advice on a range employee relations issues.



You will be CIPD qualified or willing to work towards this qualification with a sound knowledge of employment legislation. You must have the ability to manage your own workload within a busy environment.

Working closely with the People Manager for Estates and Facilities, this role is an excellent opportunity to further develop your employee relations experience in a supportive environment.

The role is based primarily at Canary Wharf, however regular travel to all of our Hospital sites is essential.

We have an exciting opportunity to join Ealing Mental Health Support Team as a Recruit to Train Trainee Parenting Practitioner, as part of the NHS England (NHSE) funded Recruit to Train Programme in partnership with Anna Freud, University College London, and Kings College London.

The post-holder will be training on the Children & Young People Mental Health Therapy Course and carrying out clinical work in our service to complement their studies and use their newly developed skills. We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic mental health practitioners to work and train within our service.



Ealing MHST is a well-established schools-based early intervention mental health offer for mainstream schools in the borough. We have developed good working relationships with schools in the borough, and have recognised a rising need for more evidence-based parenting interventions for primary-aged children across our schools. We are excited to offer this Trainee Parenting practitioner role within our service to address this gap.

This is a training position and so all candidates will need to apply for both the trainee role with our organisation and the KCL Post Graduate Diploma in Child and Young Person IAPT Therapy in order to be shortlisted. Under intensive supervision, CYP-IAPT training will support you to enhance your existing knowledge and experience of parenting interventions, to offer guided self-help interventions alongside well-established evidence-based parenting interventions for primary-aged children with significant behaviour problems (Incredible Years Programme and Personalised Individual Parent Training Programme for complex presentations).



The role will give you an exciting opportunity to join our growing and supportive Mental Health Support Team to further expand our offer of parenting interventions into school, and contribute to the development of the service.

The roles will be exciting and varied, and include offering individual and group work, enabling the post holders to develop a range of skills and experience whilst studying for a Postgraduate Diploma in Child & Young Person IAPT Therapy.
