At POhWER, we are currently looking for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our forward-thinking and rapidly growing People team. You will lead and support complex organisational transformations, including the management of TUPE transfers, restructures, and redundancy consultations, working closely with members of the people team and business stakeholders and will become part of a newly redefined People team to ensure delivery of excellent service.
This role will see you working with your own client group and managing a wide range of change activities and employee relations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will be at the forefront, addressing HR challenges with innovative solutions, driving employee engagement initiatives, and use HR metrics to inform data-driven decision-making, providing invaluable guidance on HR matters such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, organisational design, and TUPE.
Hours of Work: Full-time: 37 hours per week, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, standard office hours 9am to 5pm however with flexibility.
Location: Home based with occasional travel to Birmingham and Stevenage Offices and to visit client sites nationwide

HR Business Partner Requirements:
• Previous experience as a HR Officer/Business Partner and CIPD Level 5 (desirable Level 7)
• Experience in TUPE and supporting operational decision-making
• Proven ability to support a full employee lifecycle and interpret HR policies
• A mix of commercial and charity or public sector experience
• Excellent communication skills and a flexible and adaptable approach

• Competitive salary between £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Benefits pro-rata
• 25 days annual leave rising to 30 days after 5 years continuous service also with an option to buy up to 5 additional days pro-rata Plus bank holidays
