What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have proven experience in project management within the occupied property or social housing sector. Excellent knowledge of building regulations, health & safety standards, and construction best practices will be important for this role.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will be able to take advantage of flexible working practices, including work from home with site visits. A fixed contract with duration of 12 months initially will be available, alongside a salary of £46,000 per year.

Your new role

• Logging, maintaining and filing invoices
• Payment authorisation
• Invoice processing, (10-12 per day)
• Purchase orders
• Using stock system
• Posting and monitoring petty cash
• Investigating purchase ledger queries
• Creating company reports
• Liaising with suppliers.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will be immediately available
• Have demonstrable experience of working in Accounts Payable
• Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• You will be based in commutable distance of Bicester
• Confident communicator and you will have a "problem solving" mindset
• IT: Excel (essential)

What you'll get in return

• £28,000 annual salary
• Temp to permanent contract. Initially temporary, with an opportunity to apply to the permanent role

• 37.5 hours working week
